    Major issue is the fit. Despite trying all three ear bud sizes they fall out when eating, much less walking, and constantly have to be adjusted. Sound quality is OK but volume is too low. Noise cancelling mode works well.

    Excellent item . I would let everyone know that these are better then iipod series.. 3 they are the worst. Jbl flex are the best I highly recommend if you are searching for great quality ear pods. I beyond happy with my purchase!

    Let me preface this review with the fact that I’m a wired over the ear, external DAC, external amplifier, balanced connection person. I’m picky. I could nit pick these JBL TW in ear buds, but why? For something I may lose, step on, etc, these are fine for casual listening. Make sure to use the right silicon ear tip for best sound. Bottom line, these are not audiophile quality, but they exceed my expectations for true wire sound quality at anywhere near their sale price. A bargain!

    Earbud keep falling out. Good sound and noise canceling. But annoying that they keep falling out. Even tried the other ear insert sizes and didn’t help.

    Great sound quality and comfortable to wear. However, I had trouble with the case not holding itself closed very well and when I lost a pod, I could not use the ringing function because you have to be connected. Be very careful because if you lose one there isn’t much you can do. User interface could also be better.

    Great Earbuds for the price. Good noise cancellation and EQ setup is easy to do when you down load the app. You can also customize music setting to other music styles.

    Love the noise cancelling and these are perfect for listening to music or watching a movie on an airplane. Problem is that you can’t have a phone conversation as you hear your voice in the headphone speaking. For someone looking at these solely for using with their phone or doing video calls these aren’t ideal.

    They sound good, but I cannot get them to stay in my ear or pause/play reliably. Also simply trying to grip them is a challenge. I’ll spend more for another set of airpod pros.

    these earbudts have nice sound . The drawback is they don’t play very loud . I wish they played louder . not good in a loud environment. they are comfortable and fit well. they could be ten decibels louder.

    These work good but I expected a little more from the sound. And they are very sensitive to the touch so sometimes my audio would keep playing even though they were not in my ears. I am glad I got them on sale because I don’t believe they are worth full price.
