    Great sound quality! Pretty good noise-cancelling. The only complaint is how sensitive the “tap” function is on the ear buds. I’ll be taking off the ear buds and the settings will change, or the music/video will pause or skip. I ultimately ended up disabling the tap on the earbuds.

    This has made my work day go so much better. it has way more bluetooth range then I thought it would have. I regularly leave my phone at my work desk and have to go basically outside of the building (Big warehouse I don’t recall the actual size) to lose reception.

    I have no complaints, has a good variety of bud sizes so that they will stay in your ears.

    Works nicely with my Samsung phone. You can still hear surrounding environment while listening, making it a safe choice when outside. They stopped working as well around the 10-month mark after purchase, but the manufacturer replaced them within the warranty period with no issues. New pair works perfectly.

    Comfy. Not bulky! Even though i forgot they were in my pocket and went into hot tub, they still worked….. just dont keep charge as much anymore. But definitely reorder them as we speak!

    I have been using these over a year now, and i’ve had a pair break on me, customer service was incredible and they were happy to replace them for me. the sound is great for the price and noise canceling is even better.

    I purchased the JBL Tune 130NC earbuds primarily for office noise reduction and music. The noise cancellation works well for office sounds but isn’t fully adaptive. It filters certain frequencies effectively, akin to good foam tip earphones, but doesn’t provide hearing protection for louder environments.

    Sound quality is consumer-grade; decent bass but slightly muted treble. Comparable to $20 headphones but not as high as $150 IEMs. Battery life matches specs, lasting a day with great case support. The case lacks premium feel but functions fine.

    The earbuds are larger and less snug compared to competitors like Sony, and the included silicon tips are basic. Foam tips would enhance fit and noise reduction significantly. Controls are good, though adjusting volume affects noise modes.

    Overall, the JBL Tune 130NC offers solid features for its price, but improvements in fit and ear tips could make them exceptional at their price range.

    These little fellers provide a big experience. Notably, the noise cancellation removes all external distractions from children and pets to pesky co-workers. The audio quality is on par with other high dollar noise cancelling listening devices. If these were available in the 60’s, Tigran Petrosian’s natural noise cancellation ability would have been rendered moot when it came to playing chess in noisy rooms.

    I bought these to block out sounds while sleeping. I sometimes use them for noise reduction and sometimes to play music or white noise. For those uses they are perfect.

    These earbuds are tiny and the battery life at full volume seems to be about four hours. Although there is a ten minute docking quick charge capability that will get you two more hours of use.

    Two things that some people may really not like:

    The volume doesn’t get as loud as some other fancy name brand earbuds that cost about the same.

    The entire outer surface of each earbud is a touch-sensitive control. Accidentally brush against it with your fingertip and you could change a setting. It’s difficult to remember how to change the settings because each has a unique way of touching the earbud to change it.

    I have always had good experiences in the Northglenn Co location until my last visit to exchange my earphones that were under warranty. It took 3 people to figure out how to get it done, with it being the holiday season i completely understood the new employees. The issue came in when the manager finally came over to help. He was condescending and extremely rude. So rude that i didn’t make my other purchases that day. The earphones i was exchanging needed to be sent to me, again no problem until they NEVER arrived. It took calling and dealing with another incompetent employee (i have the conversation recorded and it will be played at the office Christmas party under the subject of WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE) after 45 minutes of saying over 5 times i just want my earphones sent to me please the woman said she would get them sent. I got them after another 2 weeks. Such a bummer I had to order the dash camera and airpods from Amazon for Christmas because I no longer trust this company.
