Bad microphone and noise cancellations. Please consider the alternative and long term durability before buy
BryanM –
Bluetooth connects easily to 2 devices. Good for video conferencing which they are made for. Noise isolation is good. I personally would not use these to listen to music as I do not like the sound they produce with music.
AlexP –
not to loud for the given device, its other device
HollyS –
Nice in theory. Love the charging set up. However, they hurt my ears. The right side doesn’t work some times. The left side sometimes sounds like the ocean. With my work laptop and MS Teams meetings, there is a distracting crackling that I don’t hear when using other devices with the laptop. Really disappointed that I can’t use these for work. Can’t tell the difference between ANC and hearthrough. Won’t connect to my tablet half the time and when it does, it connects for calls (which is useless as it’s not a phone) but not for audio (which is needed for the tablet).
Techguy –
I bought this in haste because I left my headset at home while traveling for work and was astonished by the amazing sound and quality this had. Paired with both my laptop and phone with ease.
TrevinK –
Great comfortable and mobile. Amazing for work from home
HannahP –
Great headphones with great connections and noise cancelling.
TylerG –
Quality anc but does not switch from phone to computer as described
Keendog –
The sound is amazing and the power lasts a long time. The best thing is that they stay in my ears,
Wootang87 –

Works great and very clear. I would definitely recommend this product and would buy again
Jbrad –
I have really been enjoying these headphones. Their easy to use, and the quality is great.
L1b0w –
Decent ANC, strong bluetooth connectivity, and the ability to maintain 2 simultaneous blietooth connections. Basically the perfect work from home earbuds.
AlexanderL –
Operates as expected. No complaints from me whatsoever.
SpellyFL –
Use these for work for teams and webex calls, does the trick and much better than company headphones. There is no mic or the mic doesnt work if it has one. I have been using the mic from my web cam. Would have been better it these had a mic. Agter everyphone call i have to recharge them. If I am gonna be in a merathon meeting i run the risk of losing battery power and then would be SOL in my work meetings.

I work from home and the ability to pair to my work laptop and my phone simultaneously is very nice. Build quality and sound quality are fantastic for my needs. The only knock I have is if I transfer my Microsoft Teams meeting from my laptop to my phone and step away from my pc but remain logged in to Teams. Anytime someone sends a chat it puts my audio on my cell phone on hold, and it can take up to 30seconds to resume audio. For anyone that logs off of their device each time they walk away or takes the time to disconnect audio from the pc it shouldn’t be an issue.
ibbuggin –
Good headphones. Stays in ear. Wish all control was on one side.

These are good set of all around earbuds. I mainly use them for work and I have been pleased by them. The call quality is really good on both ends and they have a nice clean sound. One thing that is important with any earbuds is using the right tips. I have over 30 pairs of earbuds and can tell you it is really important to have the right tips for noise isolation, anc and sound. I read reviews on these and people were saying they had no bass. They do have a good amount of bass, but I will say that the low end is more of a clean bass than a rumbling subwoofer bass. I am one to use the equalizer if apps has one which this one does and after tweaking to my liking the sound is really nice which I do believe people only leave these on the default and the sound may not be as pleasing. Touching on the app, you do get a lot of customization with the app it is really nice. One of the cons for me is that the controls on the earbuds are push button. That not really hard to push, but they are not always the most responsive. This set has decent anc and nice hearthrough which is basically there transparency mode.

You can connect two devices and has a great sound.

So many jabras. So little time. Their quality is good. Jabras fit my weird ears. Their light and comfortable. The multipoint is good. I don’t understand why it’s not more of a discussion amongst Bluetooth headphones. Jabras passthrough sound is often good, these are no exceptions. The sound isn’t the best, but for what I want, they’re good enough. Sometimes I think electronics don’t update all their devices equally so they can charge more for one product over another. Here’s my take:
Jabra elite 85-the most expensive. Has all the bells and whistles. Oldest, but has great support still. Most people won’t need all the bells or the whistles.
Jabra elite 3- harder to find, but often clearance marked. Great. Does not support multipoint. Great seal. Water resistant.
Jabra elite 4 active- Also great. Does not support multipoint. Slightly louder than the 3s. Lighter. Waterproof.
Jabra elite 4 pro- good. Supports multipoint. 98% similar to the actives. Water resistant, but better than the 3s. If you want multipoint, these are the ones to get over the previous. Otherwise you’ll get what you need with the aforementioned. These are often more expensive, yet they aren’t worth that price difference.
5ts (these). Offers official multipoint. Good. These claim to have better mics for calls, etc. Noticably less bass but better treble, not an issue for some. Case offers qi charging. -better deal over 7s if they are on sale.
7pro- has best sound of the Jabra earbuds. Has multipoint, but will have to download updates
7active- bassier for workouts (?) Good sound. Slightly better waterproofing. 7s better if they’re on sale.
There’s so many Jabra earbuds right now, it gets confusing. There’s literally one or two difference between them. The sounds may be slightly differently tuned, but all give access to sound controls, so you can customize it. Get what’s on sale. Multipoint and qi wireless are going to be the literal differences between all of these. The cases are small enough to be portable, but not so small that you’ll lose them easily. That’s all I have to say about that.
AntonioMtz –
They are very good, ergonomic and the noise cancellation functions are excellent. Easily switch between bluetooth devices and accept 2 devices at the same time. Magnificent.
Shel –
Not, what i expected. The sound was not good at all.
Nodak2002 –
Really happy with these, noise canceling was really good.
Javi –
Awesome headset. I love them. The only negative would be that the mic pick’s up ambient noise when talking. You don’t notice but the person on the other end of the call does. Other than that, their amazing.
CoreyJ –
Great item for the dollar easy to use and safe when in the ear
ElizabethR –
Excellent excellent excellent excellent excellent excellent
BelindaTW –
The sound quality is exceptional, and the noise cancellation is superb. During my extensive business calls, colleagues consistently provided positive feedback about the absence of background noise. Additionally, they feel comfortable in my ears.
MJ516 –
Great working ear buds. However, after 4 months the wireless charger stopped working so I have to directly plug them in to charge. Also, they seem to lose battery quicker than when I first got them. I’ll likely buy a new pair to see if the same things happen because the clarity, comfort and ease of the Bluetooth connection is surprisingly great. These work way better than other ear buds that I’ve tried to connect to my lap top for work calls.
YumiWise –
It’s fine. Very useful for the price.
Clear audio when listwning to music.
The only thing would be: that even though the noise canceling does exceptionally well, you sacrifice some of the clarity when making phone calls. Some ppl can hear me clearly while driving; some ask me to lower the volume due to the background noise and feedback in the phone that they catch over and above what they can/cannot hear me say. Hope this helps(^~^)
MarkS –
Great product easy to connect. Would buy another set.
DawnK –
They don’t stay in my ears. I was told I had 10 days to return them, but I didn’t get back to Best Buy in time.
DanielB –
Feel and sound great at a reasonable price! I love it can connect to multiple devices!
LisaK –
great product. Fit great in the ear. Charges quickly.
Jmoney –
They are pretty good. I still believe the Jabra 65t were the best mid level earbuds out there. But they are. They multipoint well which is what I was concerned about.
JohnF –
Really clear audio and family has told me that phone calls are the clearest they’ve heard out of the numerous earbuds I’ve had. Would definitely recommend for people who take a lot of phone calls
SajjadA –
Its good but very expensive better to select appale airpods
SomeGuy –
Good fit, battery life isnt amazing bit isnt bad by any measure, and switching modes works without issue. Two thumbs up.
RunsHills –
Great for calls, doesn’t connect to multiple devices at once & not the best for running. Noise cancellation is great.
JuVe –
Simple and easy. Clear and crisp. Battery life ok .
JohnnyJ –
Sound is good not the best. My first set so nothing to compare it to.
JustinG –
Gift for my dad, great sound quality and comfortable
Dazzling –
Very good product. Easy to hear and speak with no issues.
JosP –
These Jabra Connect 5t earbuds are really nice. They’re comfortable and have pretty good flat EQ. I haven’t had them for a long time, but I think the sound quality is really good. I can’t comment yet on the ANC, but the hear-though feature is good unless someone is whispering. I’ll try to give an update with MS Teams usage later and other things once I get a chance.
KimM –
Love these wireless earbuds. I misplaced my old pair and I was able to go in store and purchase a new pair.
htxbeerman –
solid device by jabra, great sound, even better that I can connect to multiple devices, ANC is top notch
xlivelove –
These earbuds are very good, and were super for their medium-high quality range at the time of release. I’m used to Pixel Buds Pro for Android devices now, and I’m also aware of Sony, JBL, Bose, etc. as having some better music sound quality and mic clarity on the caller’s end.
But for budget, these are still very good. And if the ear tips aren’t as comfortable, they are very replaceable by other aftermarket ones as the connecting portion is universal. Just ensure your tips will fit in the charging case though.
But I like how these aren’t too bulky compared to some of the higher end ones as well, and the case is relatively small and light too.
Sometimes the music as well as Hear-Through mode can sound a little tinny. And ANC works very well, but I am now used to how well Pixel Buds Pro (and AirPods Pro) does so well with these.
But for the price, if these things aren’t as important, I will recommend them. And their battery life is very good as well, which is important to me.
bowhunta –
Great latest iteration of the last Jabra headphone. Great sound quality. and other features. Works just as well if not better than Elite brand overpriced kit.
ldsrm22 –
Excellent sound in the mids. Great pickup on the mic.
WilliamB –
I have enjoyed Jabra earbuds for years. In these new ones are no exception. They fit and well, battery power lasts most all day. Would recommend them to anyone.
