    j5create does it again, this product works well and with no fuss. Ethernet is gigabit (1000mbps) and the length of the USB-C cable makes it easy to scoot around. I’m a little disappointed by the amount of USB ports on this device, but considering other products with more USB ports work less reliably, it might be for a reason. Plug and play with this product, and it’s excellent.

    This is a pretty great gadget to be honest with you I’ve been seldom impressed with some of the stuff that I received from by but this one was definitely exactly what I needed. I think the incentivization of the employees there doesn’t exactly meet a conducive need of the average consumer because they direct you towards the expensive it’s very hard to be knowledgeable and tech because everything changes and I’m in the tech industry.

    My new laptop was too sophisticated to power either of my cooling mats. Since I am a power user, the laptop requires their use. My laptop would recognize this mini-hub which in turn allows me to power things and connect things to my laptop’s Thunderbolt 4 that I would otherwise be unable to use.

    This is a great product. Although im not too familiar with the brand name, it beats out anything else close to it. I can hook my second monitor along with multiple device and they all perform at top rate. Impressive.

    With the new computers that are thin you should tell the purchasers that you need a ethernet connection to the modum. The telephone variety doesn’t work. I bought a HP laptop and wasn’t told.

    It’s plug n play just insert the usba cable to the laptop along with the ethernet cable from the wifi router and you can start surfing the internet.

    I have bought 2 of these for my office and have had no problems at all. Replaced other brands that were very sketchy on the NIC connection, would go off and then would have to replug to correct.

    I’ve had this thing for a really long time. Like 2017. It worked fine for my gaming laptop, but I rarely used. Now I have an M1 pro MacBook. I had been thinking of buying a dock, but remember this was sitting in a drawer somewhere and dug it out. Decided to read the reviews here and many people were saying that it was not compatible. J5 left a comment saying they were working on drivers for it but that was two years ago. So I figured why not try it maybe they actually did make those drivers. Low and behold…. It works! I have 5k 34” ultra wide monitor, plugged into the hub, as well as a power supply through USB C and both work flawlessly!

    This device is very helpful. Can use it to charge both my tablet and keyboard at the same time. Also handy for connecting the tablet to a TV or other screen for doing PP presentation.

    Get the cheaper smaller one. This one has a driver in it that is a complete pain. Tech support 5 days, no one has any idea how to make it work. Very common they don’t work at all. Never ever recommend

    I had just purchased a new laptop. My problem was that I wanted two monitors and a wired ethernet port. The laptop had one HDMI port. This adapter gave me a second HDMI port and the hardwired ethernet port both… It just takes up one USB port. It’s like magic!!!

    This item is very good for today’s computers because most of them do not come with these ports anymore. This item accommodates that. It is very easy to use. Simply attach and plug in the desired port for use.Just that simple. I would recommend this item.
