    It’s ok. I need to return it and get another charger becouse the tip of the charger does not charge my laptop anymore. It’s wore out from installing it into my laptop a lot of times

    I expected this to be incompatible with my device, but its surprisingly nice. The electrical spec are different frol my factory charger, which i knew when i bought it, but it got me out of a pinch and i continue to use it from time to time as a backup.

    Average. Can’t power a laptop while it’s working…it’s have to be powered off to charge as the pack doesn’t have enough power

I purchased a $65 charger that was defective and could not return it because I was not a club member and it was outside of the return window. Best Buy has been my premier go to for electronics however, that all changed yesterday. I will no longer shop at Best Buy all because of the customer service I received and pushing a membership that I did not want. EPIC FAIL
