    When using my coffee grounds in the basket provided, coffee flowed right down the handle of the basket and on to the counter. Tried using pods from the store (camerons brand coffee), the pods dont fit, they are just a tad too big. The door would not shut without forcing it. I was trying to upgrade from a big and bulky keurig but this just doesnt do it. I love my actual instant pot for pressure cooking, but when it comes to coffee makers, the quailty is very poor.

    Love this coffee maker. The reason for 4 stars is because the instruction guide isn’t complete. After a week of constant use all of the lights started blinking. I had to look up the problem on the internet – they were blinking because of clogged needles. I was almost ready to return it when I found the solution. It’s space saving plus has a water reservoir and makes a cup of coffee much faster than the Keurig machine.

    I bought this machine about a year ago and today it won’t turn on. I’ve changed outlets to make sure it wasn’t that. When I plug it in I hear the usual sound but none of the buttons work or light up. Too bad because I did love this machine. I switched from Keurig machines because I always had problems & was hoping this one would be better.

    I bought this when I was having some friends come stay with me for a while. I’m not a coffee drinker, but they are.

    So buying this without having any prenotions of what is needed in a coffee maker – this ended up making it super simple.

    Its ~fast~. Not sure how it does it but it doesn’t warm up the water over time – it literally makes the water hot instant and makes a cup in under 30 seconds basically. I thought it would take water and put it in a resivoir to boil it. Nope – instantly hot.

    Also comes with a kpod adapter thing so you can grind up beans yourself or buy ground up coffee and use in this coffee maker. Obviously also supports KCups.

    Fast, easy setup, flexible. Love it.

    I returned it because it doesn’t make good coffee. I prefer espresso and the coffee you get from it is more like filter coffee. But if it is not an issue then this coffee machine is great. Doesn’t take much space, and warms up quickly. Great value for the price paid

    As much as i loved the coffee maker, it no longer brewed coffee within 2 weeks of purchasing it. Instapot suggested returning the unit as it over heating/steaming was not normal. Was very happy that BB did however honor their return policy and took my return

    Great compact single serve coffeemaker. Super convenient and easy to use. Uses your own ground coffee or k-cups. No fancy controls. You get to choice the option for bold or regular brew. When you all you want is your first morning cup, that’s all the options you need. The reservoir is nicely designed behind the maker, so it takes up less room on your counter. Brews a cup in about 90 seconds. Good temperature to drink right away.

    I like the quantity of tank given and the mug space. I would say a great product for a reasonable price. It is very handy and space saver too. I would recommend if you want to go for a good price coffee machine

    Had this product for not even a year, 10 months to be exact and was informed this morning by the wife that is wont turn on. The sound, beeping, stopped working about a month ago and now it wont even turn on. We really liked the coffee maker, expect more for what we paid.
