    Nothing but praise for this little wonder product. Whipped milk for anything, hot chocolate, hot or cold foam. All great. Just one word of caution…….follow the capacity limits, you put too much in and it WILL foam out of the lid and all over the heating pad. Just a heads up. lol.

    One thing that separates this frothier from many others is the magnetic mechanism that spins whisk and detachable cup which is also wider (larger diameter) the usual frontiers.

    All of the above make it easy to clean, since you can detach cup and fully wash it without a fear, which you can’t do with most of other frothiers.

    In terms of the performance works pretty well.

    Cons:
    Seems like it has automatic shout off, but it produces enough foam before it automatically turns off, so I end up turning it off manually all the time.

    Makes froth fast little or a lot. Just don’t overfill the milk – overflowing the milk will burn quickly on the heating.

    Look no further, this is IT. Looked at a lot of these. This is well built, feels solid, easy to clean, and works very well, even with soy milk! The milk holds it’s froth a long time as well. Of you’re considering a coffee shop style milk frother, look no further.

    If i had to change one thing, I’d add an ON/OFF switch. Seems like it only has a standby/dim mode. So, I just unplug it when not using.

This malfunction significantly hampered its ability to operate as intended.     The customer service experience was another letdown. While I reached out for assistance, the response time was slow, and the proposed solutions were ineffective in resolving the detection issue. This lackluster support only added to the frustration of dealing with a malfunctioning appliance.

    In conclusion, the Instant Pot Magic Frother Station has the potential to be a game-changer in the kitchen, but its short-lived functionality and the subsequent cup-detection problem are major drawbacks. Until these durability issues are addressed, it’s difficult to wholeheartedly recommend this product. If you’re considering a frother, it may be worth exploring alternative options with a more proven track record for longevity.

    Really disappointed. I bought it basically to heat milk for hot chocolate since I had problems doing a mug in the microwave. This pot doesn’t even get the milk hot enough to melt the marshmallows!

    I saw this on the Today Show weekly deals and thought I would give it a try since the sale price was very good. It does a fantastic job of frothing and heating milk. We use 1% milk and it works great with it. Super easy to use. Just add the milk, turn it on and wait for it to finish, only takes a couple of minutes. Perfect every time! You can heat the milk without frothing, also. Easy cleanup also. I can’t recommend it more highly!

    The frother/steamer has multiple settings to get your milk piping hot and frothy . Perfect temp. Perfect froth amount. And stainless steel mug makes it easy to use and clean. This comes with 2 level of heating Wish this came with temperature display in numericals!

    Works really well when you can get the button the cup sits on to engage. Seems like the button on the platform that must be pressed in isn’t sensitive enough for the cup. I often have to fiddle with the cup and press the button several times before it will engage and turn on.

    I received the frother/milk warmer today, and initially I am very pleased with it. I got it primarily for warming milk for hot chocolate and such. It worked as advertised. On the high setting with the frother turned offusong the warmer setting, it slowly stirred the milk. When the cycle was complete, the milk was warmed to 155° F. The cup has wasy to see/read measurement lines inside, which make it helpful for adding a measured amount. I look forward to using it more for a cappuccino or latte.

    The froth it makes is perfect, BUT the time to heat it and finish its cappuccino cycle is ALL OVER THE PLACE. I am trying to coordinate the Magic frother with my espresso machine, BUT the 1st time I used the frother it took 6 minutes to froth. The 2nd time was 8 minutes….the 3rd time was 4 minutes! HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE to make Maximum FROTH and Maximum HEAT?????

    Very good product. Extremely quiet. The hot setting gets the contents actually hot. The frothing creates a lot of foam.. use the one dot setting for a latte, 2 dots is too many.

    I ended up buying 5 of these! One for home and 4 for my business. I purchased a Breville for 3 times the price and while this one maybe has a little less volume capacity the quality of froth is comparable!
