    Great item for the TV. But it would be more efficient if the height is more.

    Assembled it by myself in less than an hour without any major problems. When I initially looked at the wide doors I assumed that the cabinet was build with a lot of MDF. Because of that I was a bit nervous about its durability. But the frame of the stand is actually steel, and the door hinges are spot welted. The glass windows are IR transparent, so remotes work for components behind closed doors.
    One issue is that the feet don’t have leveling screws, but aside from that I am very happy with my purchase

    The stand worked out well. When boxed you will need two people. Assembly was easy. It took 30 minutes tops to unbox and setup.

    We bought this because we liked the style for our decor. But, the really pleasant surprise was the creative engineering and quality of the piece. Basically, the frame of the cabinet unfolds into a complete 3D structure. Add the sides for stability and the glass and in less than 30 minutes you have a nice looking cabinet. Some bright engineer gets kudos here. Finish was uniform and overall very good looking. It is heavy so take a friend.

    VERY HEAVY BOX. For safety’s sake, its a 2 person carry.
    That said, this stand is 80% pre-assembled. Just unfold, add glass and screw a few things in. That’s it. Took me less than an hour to do alone.

    I purchased this piece for a particularly narrow home office. It works perfectly, is somewhat stylish 8n a contemporary way, and provides a lot of storage space given its small scale. It is VERY heavy, do not attempt to move the box on your own. I had to carry the pieces individually to the office. It was fairly easy to put together if you are used to assembling furniture. It is an excellent value

    I like the design. It seems sturdy. It is very heavy, for better or worse. The shelves and top are all glass. Much of the structure is steel, with wood panels finishing it off.

    The center shelf behind the doors is adjustable in height. Even so, none of the shelf spaces are not the right size for DVDs.

    The wood finish looks very nice, but it is apparently very delicate. My robot vacuum rubbed up against one of the legs and scratched some of the finish off. Fortunately, the manufacturers saw this coming, because they included a touch-up marker to match the color of the finish when this happens.

    Best Buy had the best selection of TV stands online. This insignia TV Stand is very stylish and well made with real wood and Glass shelves. It is quite sturdy and was not challenging to assemble. The directions were clear and all the parts were labeled well.

    We’ve been needing a TV stand/small entertainment center for our family room that was sturdy, has more actual “wood” as opposed to MDF, easy to put together (we’re older and are done with having to construct anything!) and had a good price point. Well, we got everything we wanted with the Insignia TV stand that fit’s TV’s up to 60″ in Mocha. It is heavy, and even though there was minimal build time (took about 45 minutes to an hour for two people in their early 60’s) it was worth it! We love it! Very sturdy, and it accommodates the sound bar and subwoofer, in addition to the DVD player, Roku box, game system (for the kids), and more. Best purchase we’ve made this year!

    One awesome tv stand….better than had expected. Very simple and easy putting together, had it done n 30 minutes. 1 to hold/read instructions, and 1 to put it together. The only thing that I’ve ever assumed, that gave extra parts, even 1 extra tapped glass,, got fix 4 my 65″ samsung tv. If u need a awesome stand, look no further, just order it, u will honestly b glad u did. I was amazed, how will it was made, and yet so simple putting it together.

    Perfect size for our room. We opted to assemble it ourselves to save the cost BB was going to charge us. It took my wife and I about 1hr 15min to get it assembled. All parts were included. I’m in my seventies so I’m sure younger people could do it much faster. We’ve had lots of compliments on it. I recommend buying it.

    Really a very nice piece of furniture. The glass shelves really add a touch of class to the overall look. The sliding doors also give an elegant look and provide a way to conceal accessories and other audio devices. I very much recommend this stand.
