    These are good speakers for the money and can compete with others costing much more. Hooking up the speakers was easy. Great speakers for at work at a great price no complaints.

    Sounds better than the Mac Mini built-in speaker. Audio is clear and loud enough but not amazing obviously. Consider for an office environment. Music doesn’t sound great to my ears, but the price fits what you get.

    I really like the sound capability of these speakers, but I had to return the first ones cuz they faded out at times, but I guess that’s how the cookie crumbles with these as the 2nd ones I got started doing the same after just a few weeks.

    Make this a 4.5 star rating. My old laptop doesn’t have blue tooth so had to go old school and these plug-in Insignia speakers do the job very well.

    A bass / treble adjustment function would be nice (a little bass heavy) but the overall sound quality and trimline size work very well with my laptop. I’m pleased with my speaker choice.

    I was looking for an inexpensive and simple-to-connect pair of powered computer speakers for my laptop to use in webinar meetings as the laptop’s internal speaker left much to be desired. These speakers met that requirement. After using these in several meetings I’ve found the sound quality to be very good and the voice dialog is clear and comprehensible. They are intuitive to connect and use and the volume control allows you to tailor the sound level to each speakers presentation.

    Ordered these speakers on Best Buy’s website: price was good, speakers can in like 3days! during christmas season all well! opened box speakers were as expected, pulled them in and way we go! they worked great!!! YES I would definitely recommend this product!!!

    Good speakers, but they were a little picky about which USB port they were plugged into. They also pick up a loud hum from adjacent electronics, so I must be careful about placement of the speakers. Good sound when not humming, and it’s nice to be able to turn them off if I want to.

    I mean… If you have a headset for gaming, but need something for everyday task completion/YouTube browsing… Can’t beat the price. Nothing to write home about, but they work.
