    Bought as a gift for cousin that lost their remote. This remote works for a model Insignia TV that is not a smart tv. It is expensive for a non smart tv remote.

    This remote coordinates with my TV (Insignia). I tried to press channel 11 when I was on channel 4 and it does not work by pressing numbers, I had to press the channel button and keep pressing until I reached what I wanted. The other functions work well. I’d like to know how to reach higher channels without going through all the channels.

    The remote works well. It took a while to get accustom to using this remote for television. It did have the same ease of use as the remote that came with the television.

    very frustrated with the remote. mute key is too tiny. no closed csption key. very unhappy with remote. very unhappy with tv. would advise anyone to never buy either item.

    doesn’t work even if Best Buy says it. I was on a chat and gave the model of TV and model of this remote and they said it would work. Doesn’t I wouldn’t trust it. Either that or Best Buy doesn’t know what talking about.
