    Ordered this for my son who does home brewing. He got 2 Corny kegs to store his home brews. Much less time bottling and have cold brews available every day! Can’t beat the Insignia price! Quality seems good! He may try to create a dual tap since it holds two kegs.

    The tap tower is a twist lock type and needs a special flange piece to attach to the kegerator. I is supposed to be included. Mine was missing and i had to impovise.

    Its been a little less than a month and this thing is going strong. Only thing you need after your purchase of the kegerator is an actual keg of beer of your choice! Its the best purchase so far, tried keeping it outside howeved it was a little too warm outside to keep the keg at optimal temp. Moved the unit inside amd shes holding string.

    Great addition for beer drinkers. Great price! Be sure to read the set up directions and put in all the gaskets. We learned the hard way and went through 3 tanks.

    Instructions indicate the kegarator will not hold a Coors Light or Miller Lite keg, Had no problem with said half barrels as their design has changed. Would recommend this product.

    Awesome deal! Same thing costs 800+ anywhere else. This is like getting the non name brand cereal that tastes exactly the same and even kind of rips off the cartoon character but is only like a dollar for like 5 lbs of cereal. I digress! This thing was easy to put together, ice cold, and very spacious. I have no issues putting a 1/2 keg (standard consumer keg size) into this. When I don’t have a keg, it makes a huge mini fridge. Honestly, it is worth it as a mini fridge alone with how crazy big it is.

    We purchased 2 kegerators for our ‘mancave’. They cool nice and work very well. The unfortunate part is that on one, a wheel has disintegrated! This causes the unit to sit at an angle. We have moved these no more than 4 times, so it is not from overuse or abuse. I believe the wheel had quality issues from the start. We also found that if the line freezes, just squeeze it with your hand in the all the frozen areas and it thaws right out! P.S. If a new wheel can be provided, I can rightfully change the rating to 5 stars!!! 🙂

    Bought this on sale. Fairly easy to put together, although the white plastic ring that screws in on the inside wasn’t shown in the directions. The CO2 bottle was two years old, certifications last 5 years, no big deal for the price. The temperature control is extremely touchy, I set it at 4.5 and the temp was 25 degrees, bumped it down to 4 and it was 41 degrees. For the money I feel these are minor issues, and if I need to upgrade the faucet and tower I’m still good.

    Unit is quiet and seems to cool well. My beer coming out of the tap is about 38 degrees F. Unit can comfortably fit two current kegs and a co2 bottle inside. The works be tight but may be doable. Only one gas hose will fit through there hole on the inside for co2 – but if you get a 4mm ID EVABarrier tubing with an outer OD of 8mm you can get two co2 lines from an outside co2 tank

    I recently bought this to use for my homebrews, Upon leaving the thermostat set to 1, I froze all three kegs of beer in it. I did add a external temperature controller, and InkBird WiFi, and that seemed to take care of the issues.

    The wife and I have been kicking around the idea of getting a kegarator for years and after much research we finally settled on this one. Other than getting the Co2 dialed in, the setup was simple and quick. I highly recommend this unit for anyone that enjoys ice cold draft beer.

    This thing is awesome. It took a little trial and error to eliminate the foam but once dialed in, this is a game changer. Keep the PSI around 8-10 and you’re golden.

    My husband loved this gift! It worked great until one day it just stopped getting cold. We tried all the trouble shooting tips and even called the manufacturer, who because it was over the one year warranty directed us to call Best Buy. So when I called Best Buy, they do not fix this item in store. They also do not come to your home to fix this item so basically we are just out $500 for an item that does not work without calling an appliance repair company to fix it. It was just shy of two years of having it and it only came with the one year warranty. I did not think an item this expensive would even need an extended warranty. I certainly did not expect it to just stop working and it’s not even two years old.

    This thing works great. I followed the directions and once I had the proper tap. I needed a S type for the Heineken keg I bought. The D type is supplied so if you plan on drinking a non domestic brew, do your tap research. Since then I get a perfect pour every time.

    I purchased this Kegerator as a present for my husband’s birthday. He LOVES the kegerator and brags to all of his friends about the gift. The setup was fairly easy and it was the only kegerator that I could find locally.
    It’s been over a month (not too long, I Know) but we haven’t had any issues. Before you purchase the kegerator I recommend that you check out local shops where you can refill the CO2 tank. We were able to find a local welding shop to fill up the tank. Total Wine is a great place to purchase beer kegs.

    My wife got it for me for Christmas back in 21. At first I had a lot of problems. Kinda a learning curve. But once I got it all right. Don’t forget to put the clear plastic washer in the wing nut and that will fix all the leakage that you may have. Best gift I ever gotten. 3 years strong.

    Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. He loved it. He immediately started setting it up and calling around for a keg. He went with a half keg. His advice is to be patient with the CO2. The beer does absorb some. ( I don’t know what that means but if you are reading this review, maybe it will be useful). Great purchase and I highly recommend.
