    Brand new from the store and it had several dents all over it. Aside from that it does freeze and that’s all you can really ask for in a good quality freezer.

    As with almost everyone else, when we got the freezer home, it had a big dent in the bottom corner.
    It works, but the dent is very noticeable. The freezer must have been dropped on that corner because the whole bottom corner area is smashed in and upwards.
    The person at Best Buy said I couldn’t open it in the store to see if it was dented.
    THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
    It is not worth it to have to pack it all back up and go back to the store and hope there is another one in stock that you can’t look at to see if it is dented.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new “little” freezer! It’s made freezer organization much easier as I have to make good decisions as to what to cook/freeze. I’m able to see everything that I have in the freezer and the light inside the freezer lid is such a boon. Never had a light in my freezers before. I am expecting to see a real drop in my electric bill now that the 24-year-old freezer is gone, and this new beauty is quietly doing it’s thing. It’s perfect for two people and would work fine for a small family too.

    Works okay, is the size I need, and the price was right. Cons: I keep this in a well ventilated air conditioned pantry yet I still have to keep the temp set at the 9 o clock or almost max cold setting to maintain 0*s checked by two different manual thermometers. So not impressed by its insulation and or thermostat settings. Debating on returning.

    When I first looked into this freezer I was nervous never had this brand before and this compacted when I payed for it I saved the receipt because I was doubting if it was good I had it for 3 months now works great no issues no ice buildup no leaking and no damage plus some how it looks a lot bigger in the inside then I thought I recommend this 10/10

    We absolutely love this freezer! I got one for my wedding and it has come in handy. I loved it so much i bought my parents one for Christmas in 2022 & bought my sister in law one in 2023. I recommend for any family looking for a decent size freezer. We are a family of 3 and it worls great.

    This little freezer worked very well for 2 yrs and 11 mos then just stopped working. It has been kept in my laundry room and is as clean and nice looking as the day I bought it, but I lost a whole freezer of meat when it stopped working. Seems like parts could be made better to last longer. Very disappointed to have to be back in the market for another one.

    I got tired of unloading and reloading the freezer drawer of our refrigerator freezer and losing out on stocking up on sale items. Small enough to fit into a corner of the garage but big enough to hold weeks or months of butchered meats and seafood.

    I added additional baskets for stacking to keep things organized and make it possible to get at food quickly.

    I live in an apartment and the fridge that they included had the smallest freezer I’ve ever seen, because of this my family has had to limit our frozen products since we moved in (also we never had space for ice cubes). We finally pulled the trigger and bought this freezer and it’s amazing, its not gigantic like i feared, it’s silent, it even has a light that illuminates when you open the door. Couldn’task for more.
