Works as intended. The only issue I have is once in While the clothes will be dripping wet and I try to use the drain and spin option, but it will rinse the clothes still leaving them dripping….now we have to wring them out. You have a rinse function so why is the drain and spin option rinsing?

I like the washer only bad thing insignia did with this washer! They designed it around the spinner part in the middle. Silk and thin sheets got under the middle and tangle up underneath the plastic peace.

I purposely wait to review to guage performance. This was bought for our new home. The unit has performed up to my expectations. It is a bit noisy, that is true, and the tray for detergent is kinda flimsy. Other than that it does what its supposed to. I saw others speaking about the lid, that may be because they are used to metal lids like with industrial washing machines likenin a laundry mat. I just don’t slam mine down or put anything heavy on top of it. Install was quick, the workers were knowledgeable

The washer is perfect sized however it eill not change load options on control panel and stays on medium sized load all the time. Would love to get a tecnhician to come and fix this issue, then i would give you a 5!

Pros – Unit is able to wash a moderate sized load with no issues. Multiple wash settings are available with easy to adjust settings. Excellent spin drain left clothes lightly damp. Very easy to use level/balance adjustment feet. Cons – The unit is very noisy throughout the entire wash process. Hose connections on the back are plastic and may become damaged easily when attaching water hoses, causing water leaks. Personal Problem Experience – The unit did have an issue once where it failed to wash and drain properly leaving the clothes soapy and dripping. At the same time the smell of burning plastic/rubber came from around the wash drum. Called to have an Insignia tech take a look, who found nothing wrong. However unit worked perfectly during the tech inspection and afterwards.

Bought this less than a year ago I’ve had 2 issues with it. First time they were sending someone out but the appointment took forever. I had clothes stuck wet for over a week. After a week having it disconnected it started working. 6 months later I’m having the same issue. Had to come to a laundromat to wash my clothes. Just awful experience with this machine .
