    I purchase this item about a few weeks ago and I am very satisfied. I will definitely recommend this to others period we only downside is that running it consistently well shredded creates a lot of heat. Be cautious when shredding.

    This shredder is a good size for a small home office. The shreds are so small and totally shred documents, it also does a good job on credit cards. I would buy it again. Only downside is that it is somewhat heavy.

    This shredder is the best I’ve used outside of an industrial office shredder, I used to rip through Amazon junk every couple months not to mention the overheats every 10 minutes. I just had to shred old paperwork dating back to 1953 (he saved everything), three big trash bags full without one overheat incident. Great machine.

    I was gifted this item as a Christmas present, which I desperately wanted and needed from all the junk mail and regular mail to keep my info private. It was working good at first, but did get jammed, I tried both forward, then reverse, but it didn’t get all small slices of paper out and I had to use a butter knife to get rest out and then it started back working again .

    I have used it many times and not one issue. Make sure you buy the shredder oil to keep it lubed or the paper lube. I use one sheet after every time I am through doing alot of shredding
