    I love the indicator of grounded and secured, showing that my monitors and whatnot are infact safe, just helps with peice of mind, and for the price, it seems like a great option, with the usb ports seeming to be higher wattage than 5, phone charges in like an hour off it.

    We love the Insignia 10 Outlet/2USB 200 Joules Surge Protector. It is more functional and efficient than prior surge protectors we have purchased in the past. The number of outlets is more than sufficient and the power button on the end of the unit is well-protected from accidental disconnection.

    The design of this wall cord plugin is really good – (the 2700 Joules of Surge protection is a plus) – lays flat on the floor (a big plus) – USB plugins work nicely. This is a good quality product that I recommend to others.

    Overall a very good surge protector. My only reservation is space between ac outlets is a little to close. The spacing for male electric plugs is fine if they are thin. Any larger connectors will have difficulty fitting in.

    does what it is suppose to. I actually had to buy a second one because the first one DID IT’S JOB. The power transformer on the street went bad and had pulsed electricity to mine and my neighbors place. This surge protector blew and saved my PC, printer and monitor.
