    I like the desktop version as it is very convenient. My son is using the online version and prefers that. Both are good and get the job done.

    Software did not include a key for download. Software was not available on the site the instructions said to go. Release of software was done before company validated you could get the software downloaded. You had to open a support ticket to get additional information .

    This package is very easy to use. It walks you through all the issues that need to be included in a clear and precise manner. It provides a simple option for a husband and wife to create wills with the same general provisions.
    It also includes questions to help determine whether a trust or will is best for you.

    This software does not save your entered data on the personal inventory sheet for accessing later if you choose to edit or continue/finish later. You have to complete from start to finish & print in one setting.
