Best darn headset I have ever owned. When they say the battery lasts for 300 hours… It does. The sound is fantastic and the connectivity via Bluetooth is solid. I am surprised by the connection distance that I can get. I can leave my room and walk to my kitchen and still hold a conversation. Disclaimer though: lower the battery weaker the signal. At about 25% battery power your wireless range is significantly reduced and will experience spotty connection.

Very solid gaming headset. I charge these like once every 1-2 months using it everyday for 6-12 hours. The only problem is the range is very small. If I plug in the receiver to the back of my pc which is right next to my legs, it constantly disconnects and reconnects. I have to plug in to the front. Aside from that, its overall great. mic is decent but I personally use a separate mic.

good feel, good sound, good comfort. battery life is insane and the only reason im keeping it. on PC DTS audio dose not work, sound eq in ngenuity dos not work. i have installed ngenuity and dts over and over it only works randomly. if i restart my pc over and over maybe on the 20th restart it will work. when the DTS and EQ are running it sounds pretty good. when it dosnt want to work, for the money i think they sound like crap. way to tinny no base no sound stage space. this would be 5 star for sure if the software worked, but it dosnt so this is a very average headset with a good mic and a great battery.

Excellent pair of wireless headphones that I recently purchased on sale during the holidays from bestbuy. I purchased these because of the wireless feature along with the great battery life. Haven’t had any problems with signal dropping the sound quality is great. Very comfortable if I am wearing them for long periods of time. I also have a pair of wired Astros that I used previously to these just got tired of the wire and having to take the headphones off when going from room to room as well as just taking controller and headphones with me.

I have done three RMAs on this device. The first being the plastic clips that broke off. The second and third being that the device will not charge/turn on after being left to charge.
The last two RMAs they were unable to identify the issue. It seems to start working again after being left off and not charging for a week or so, not a great experience.
