I needed a laptop for my 3D printer, a hobby computer, not a day to day computer. I have found this to be capable of handling my programs and creative software. I like the light weight for moving it around and connecting to my machine. overall this computer is fast and efficient, suitable for day to day use.

Refurbished or not the computer still works at full capacity. Able to work on school assignments and a little bit of gaming on the side. Battery life is reasonable and has a dining feature when it’s low.

Unit crashed after only a couple of weeks. It was not checked out properly before Joy Systems shipped the unit. The unit totally failed. The only thing that showed on the screen was a faint light. This unit cost me a great deal of time to transfer data over to it. I was very pleased and appreciative that Best Buy gave me a full refund.

The laptop that came was exactly as ordered. It came almost a full week early and was obviously handled with care. Upon using it, there are minor scratches/dents on the cover but nothing major and from a few days of using it so far, I have seen no major issues. Every component of the laptop seems to be in good working order and the battery life is much better than I was expecting, at least 6 hours.

Received this refurb laptop and by the 3rd start up i had to go back into best buy because it would freeze and not actually turn on. I understand 100% it is refurbished but i don’t understand how a product can be sold and be defective and best buy wanted to have me pay for the repairs on a product that they think is refurbished good enough to sell.

The Laptop was for my sister to go back to school. It was refurbished by a windows licensed technician, how do i know this? A nifty little sticker next to the mouse pad. The laptop looked like it came out of the factory box.It operates perfectly. 10/10 would recomend.

This computer is what you want to buy on any level its loaded with a lot of high-end features but not the price it fast ,durable nice looking and great for a lot of projects i bought mine to tune my 2017 ram my brother is a it guy and he pick it out for me so i tried it and I love it so read other reviews if you want but your just wasting your time not to mention your money if you dont buy this computer business and play all in one enjoy i know that you will.

I’m satisfied with this Laptop – I needed a Windows 10 laptop, not a tab or book, at a reasonable price. This is a nice solid machine; the I5 processor, 16GB of memory and SS drive make it impressive for an older machine. Very clean, no damage and so far it’s been reliable, no issues.

Got it a couple weeks ago, for a laptop this cheap, it is excellent for its price. It isn’t the best type of a laptop for high performance gaming, but it can still do amazingly on average games, like TF2, Portal 2, Ultrakill, etc. This is the laptop to get started on if you really wanna get a good laptop for your basic needs.

Beautiful slim and lightweight. Setup was a breeze & already had 2 Google updates. Downloading is quite fast even faster than my Samsung galaxy phone. Quickly connects to wifi and stays connected. Keyboard is smooth and very responsive. . I use this for my job and school works and makes tasks very easy to accomplish. Screen is super clear with crisp images. Playing music or videos is cool with speakers and sound is clear. Comes with all standard ports needed. Manufactured by HP you know it’s going to last.

I’ve been loving this laptop! Very small cosmetic damage like a few scratches but it is refurbished so I didn’t mind that. It hasn’t run into any issues while running any of my Adobe Suite apps or any other programs I use for school. Overall a nice little laptop that works great for my college work.

You get what you pay for. While it worked okay for a bit, (though the battery life was terrible) after less than two weeks of having it the laptop glitched and blue screened. When it restarted, the hard drive had completely failed and it was unusable as a result. I ended up returning it, I am not impressed with the refurbishing job done on this laptop.

WOW, I was expecting a used computer refurbished by Joy Systems. When I opened the box it looked like I received a brand new computer. It was loaded with the expected software a new a computer would come with and has performed exactly as new computer would. The only give away that this was not brand new was the power cord and the accompanying papers. I would definitely recommend purchasing computers refurbished by Joy Systems and I will probably do so in the future.

Just what i needed for my line of work. Recently my company upped their cyber security, whcih in hand caused many of my vendor PTU programs to not function properly. Couldn’t find anything with windows10 that met my need and PTU program requirements, until i found this laptop. Works flawlessly. I think programs run better on this laptop than on ky company issued one. Overall best purchase ive done on laptops. Why spend on new when this one work probly better.
