Charlie –
Great printer and great price. HP product also came with free ink for first 6 months. Printer was ez to set up
user927272 –
Sturdy design and clear copies. I highly recommend.
ChargerCable –
Clean printing and easy maintenance. My wife likes easy setup and the Instant Ink.
skineffect –
Easy learning curve, performs flawlessly (as well as my last 12 yr old HP printer, but has a few more functions which I will use to good advantage). Only complaint so far is the poorly designed paper catch (copies often land on the floor)- Crude quick partial fix involves a length of Scotch tape and a piece of 3″x5″ card.
ChrelleS –
The printer is fast and sleek. I like the two trays. It was complicated to install.
Sabrina –
I purchased this item and use for a little while about 2 years then all of a sudden I got a paper jam and cleaned out everything and still getting error about paper jam. I’ve tried everything to clear it up but nothing has worked. Really annoyed. Can’t use it anymore.
SajiT –
Good printer. easy to set it up. good quality printer . HP helped me to set it up. Good on line support
FrGuil –
It was a replacement for my old Jetpro 8060. The 9025e installed practically by itself and was ready to run in 5 minutes. The new ink cartridges were a little bit difficult to insert and I had to be reinserted several times to have a good contact. The printing is very fast but a little bit noisy. This printer seems to be a little sensitive to the paper quality, I had several paper jams, easy to clear with the rollers accessible thru a simple trap door at the back of the printer.
AdaGprinter –
Exceeded my expectations because this printer is very user friendly!!
GracellenR –
The printer was easy to set up and works well. I bought this to replace a HP Officejet pro 8600 plus that I had for many years. The only negative I have noticed so far is the pictures are not as sharp as I expected. Overall it is a good printer.
AlankG –
Connectivity trouble with business software even with HP support assistance.
JamesT –
This is absolutely the worst printer I have ever owned. Everything jams all the time and it takes 30 minutes to get it fixed. Buy a Brother Printer and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this piece of junk.
RicardoG –
Great printer, easy to setup. Prints fast and with good quality which makes less noise than my older printer. The only downside is that there’s a need to leave the delivery tray extended or prints will fall. It comes with 6 months of ink.
MatthewO –
Love this printer!!! Prints beautifully and fast. Highly recommend with the instant ink refill.
Uncle –
Old HP printer All-In-One finally died after many years of service, so of course purchased a Newer HP printer. Prints great but the new scanner will now scan both sides at the same time, which is much faster.
RachalL –
1 year of use for small business review…… purchased 2, one for work office and one for home office. First off the appearance and size not terrible. Scanner works great, makes copies well and prints clearly however….. There are several little annoyances that build up with this model. If you run out of a particular ink color and want to use just the black ink until you can replace the empty cartridge be ready to sit right next to the printer and hit “ok” on every single document printed even if you choose print in black from computer. This isn’t always possible in a work environment. It won’t remember your documents in the print queue either so if you print reports and don’t hit ok within a certain time you will lose order of whatever you were printing. Also, the computer chip inside printer blocks other cartridges that are not HP brand from being used with printer.
Another thing that happens is the paper tray that holds the printed pages blocks the top paper tray from opening to load paper. Currently I can only use the bottom tray because top won’t open.
The other thing is ADS. You have to load their software onto your device to print and it has taken over my computer with pop ups that are very annoying and distracting while trying to work. I was able to turn off a few… supposedly… but haven’t figured out how to completely turn them off they still pop up on my desktop computer. And if the printer is linked to your phone and you have one in your bedroom be prepared to hear and see the scanner lights going off randomly at all hours when you aren’t even scanning anything. I took app off my phone and problem stopped. Phone nor printer would be in use at the time.

I have only purchased HP printers for the past 30 years. This model was to replace the HP 8600 Plus Premium printer that I had been satisfied with for the past 10 years. I would never recommend this 9025e printer to anyone.
From the time this machine was brand new, whenever I would scan something into my computer it would give me an error message the first time. The 2nd time I would scan it it would work fine. But who wants to have to scan things in twice for them to work.
You have to have a PHD to figure out how to use the 2nd paper tray. I finally figured it out and I put heavy weight glossy paper in there. The print would come out with the top half of the image cut off. I tried it three times and the same thing happened. Im warning you , stay away from this printer!
So then i call HP tech support and they sent me what i thought was going to be a new machine. It turned out what they sent was a refurbished machine. AND IT DIDNT WORK!!! The print head receptacle would not move to the center so that I could install the print cartridge holder with all the cartridges from the old machine. What an ordeal! I’m now on the phone with them again, theyre sending me a replacement printer to replace the replacement printer that doesnt work. STAY AWAY!! This will be the last HP printer I buy.
LeeannW –
Prints fast. I like the tilt up control panel screen. I didn’t like that the paper tray pulls all the way out with no safety stop catch. I have not used all the features yet.
Scoop –
This printer produces a great print with sharp color and detail. Did get some snnoying steps when setting up and immediately gave me a printer cartridge low ink notice when the cartridges were installed. InstantInk then sent me a new set which makes no sense.
CeeS –
Nice printer! Set up (networked) was a breeze, and print options are good. a little on the bulky side… love having two paper trays.
CorwayneP –
Pretty solid printer that does what it advertised with plenty of features to boot. My two gripes are 1. force Ink replenishment subscription while turning off manual features for PC connectivity. and 2. for some odd reason, My “Printer” yes my “Printer” is picking up radio conversations from a local trucker. I wish I could make it up but that has my experience for the last couple of months since owning this machine.
Oliver –
I bought this model to get the 2 sided auto document feed. The second paper tray just came with it—not a feature I was looking for. I am disappointed with HP in their lax support for macOS. The extra features that HP used to support on macOS are no longer available: scan to Mac, scan to folder. for some reason the usb port doesn’t seem to recognized any usb stick I use even after making sure it is FAT formatted.
SKWE –
Very good printer, closer to the 8600 series which is better than the 9010-9015 Series.
Spike –
Very easy to set up and printer works great , very pleased with HP Printer
jj2739 –
Easy to set up. Easy to use and great quality. Everything you would expect from an HP product and more.
CustomerBR549 –
Like the many HP printers we’ve had over the years, this one is even better than the last. Was easy to get set up. Scans quickly. Prints quickly. Only issue is that I did not want to sign up for the ink replacement. May be great for some, just not for me. Thanks for the continued innovations that make these printers so indispensable and so current for the time we live in.
Updatedkitchen –
Easy to install and set up. I used 1 tray for short bond paper and the other legal. Definitely easier to use.
ValerieG –
I bought it for our church building. It wokrs amazing.
SteveRebellious –
pretty impressive so far ! i’ve had numerous hp printers over 25 years and it get better and better
SavvyShopper –
This replaced my old HP printer, both with similar features, with the 9025e also accepting 14″ paper and documents, an added feature but not essential. So far performance is similar to the old printer and I’m satisfied with the new one. Also, I continued using InstantInk with the new printer, I find it convenient and probably lower-cost printing in the long run. The 9025e is a winner for me.
Billy –
This was much like the HP printer I replaced. I loved the other one and that is why I purchased this one. I was familiar with how it worked and my old one never gave me any problems.
RachelN –
Easy setup, fast printing……………………………..
SunniJ –
My order process was seamless. The delivery was very fast and the product is excellent. I highly recommend both Best Buy and Hewlett Packard. Have been using both for many years and they have never disappointed.
BruceW –
I am very pleased with my purchase. The printer is everything and more.
NickS –
I highly recommend this item. From home to office printing, it fits anyone’s needs.
Ljbuch –
Very good product, not easy set up and there is no real one touch scanning. Otherwise, after calling support they got me running after 1 hour
Benjie –
I have had 2 Epson printers and though highly rated, it had its own set of issues. Down to Best Buy and out the door with the HP. Goodness, totally different experience. Easy setup, easy feeding, easy printing. Just plain easy. Speed of print is excellent. Speed of scanning is good. General operation makes this an excellent home or small office printer.
KatrinaH –
I like the HP – Office Jet Pro 9025e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer with 6 months of Instant Ink Included with HP
WeHoLeo –
I had an older OfficePro AIO that still worked great but used it (and this one) for doing more scanning than printing. Could not get updates to the older printer’s firmware that would allow the scan to network to work past a certain version of Win 10. Comparing these 2 printers,
– has more features than my previous printer
– Misses the previous version easy faxing from computer.
– The single pass 2-sided scanning is a significant plus
– The Instant ink deal can lock up your printer remotely from HP so I would rather buy my own to control my destiny.
– lighter than previous versions
– scanning from ADF is clearly US standard page width (8.5 vs A4)
– Front Panel does not pivot far enough so have to stoop to interact.
– the staying on the last function used like scanning keeps from extra steps to do another item.
– having the 2 bins helps for envelopes.
– time will tell on the duty cycle for scanning.
DR76 –
This has been a great replacement printer for our old one. Everything we need in a small footprint.
ds1102 –
I pretty much use all HP printers at work, so when I need a replacement this is the go to printer.
Truckinusa –
Excellent printer i bought this to use on the road in my Semi it has Bluetooth and it works well!
SmilieFace –
Hard to set up email scanning. Other options are great. Small but has a lot of functions. So far so good!
HappyPrinterPerson –
its great!!!! I love this printer. It has everything I need.
shortnsassy –
very easy to work with. Would recommend to friends and neighborsl
NoahL –
Bought this for our small business and it works great.
BillyB –
I have always used HP printers and this one works great! Bluetooth easy to use.
Bill –
Bought to replace an old OJP 8600. Quite an upgrade!
Unknown –
Had to replace my HP 8710 as one of the roller pins came out so I replaced it with this one. The few reviews I read were valid. The output tray doesn’t expand to fit 8 1/2 x 11. And if I have to print 8 1/2 x 14 (haven’t tried yet) it will not lay on the output tray flap and will probably land on the floor. Thus far, it gets the job done.
AnthonyB –
I have one of these printers, and it is a piece of garbage. I have had trouble with it since day one, but because of my distance from the store, I fought my way through each problem. Every so often it will randomly go “Offline” and even though the front panel display says it is connected to the network, we will be unable to print from it. Resetting the printer does not help. The only thing that works is to uninstall the printer and re-install it in Windows.
I never have liked HP printers, but this was the only one I could get quickly and my previous printer had died. I will NEVER EVER buy another HP printer of any variety, and as soon as I can justify crushing this one with a sledge hammer, I will be buying a decent printer like a Canon, or even a Brother.
