    This HP printer works great for my home office. It takes a little long to scan documents but it is worth the wait for the printed quality.

    I have had the printer for a couple of months. So far it has been good. I was a little disappointed in that my initial black cartridge ran out pretty fast.

    I got my old printer working so I don’t know how many stars to give. Right now it’s still in the box. Based on how old my other HP is it should be a good printer and last a long time. The old one is 10 yrs. old.

    Bought this 8025e to replace an HP Envy 7855 that I loved, but which no longer printed photos well just 4 months after the warranty expired. Hopefully this 8025e will last longer.

    Very difficult to set up. Been over a week and I still can’t scan. I won’t load the drivers. Had to get my grandson to help. He works as a tech service guy. He had to leave before the driver came up “unable to load”. Now I can only print PDF’s. Doesn’t make sense to me!! Still trying to make it work It is a good copy machine.

    Setup for the pc wireless connection was a little more difficult than it should be. Connecting through cable is easy and hassle free. Oddly enough, it’s easier to print from my phone than it is from my laptop rhrough the wireless. Prints are decent for basic printing needs (forms, text, plain paper images, etc).

    3rd HP. Last one worked for 7 years! Cannot beat ink prices with the auto deliver. To buy separately at a store is MUCH more expensive – if you can find what you need and buy when stores are open!

    Have had it for around a month. A couple of times I had to wait near 5 minutes for it to print as it seemed to be thinking while making noise. The worst part is the paper tray. Not easy to get in and out to load. If you’re like me and have to add special paper now and then, you will not like this printer.

    Brand new in the box printer. Would not print properly. Colors were non-existent when printing. Returned it and the ink within 3 days! Could the printer be defective? I don’t know, but did not purchase another one.
