    I finally had to replace my 15 year old workhorse HP 3055 Laser Printer due to printer issues and lack of software support due to the age. I decided to get the Neverstop 1001nw due to the interesting method of refilling the printer rather than having to replace cartridges, and I might say that I am quite pleased so far. Fast performance, easy to setup, and lets me print from my iOS devices which is really handy. And as an added benefit, very light compared to my old 3055 which was a back breaker to move. Please so far!

    Seems like a great printer so far. Very easy to setup (both PCs and Macs in the house). Print is crisp and clear with no smearing. We don’t do a lot of printing these days but tax season is upon us…

    I don’t know I purchased another HP printer. I should know better. Installed in home office, had to buy a WIFI extender to get good enough signal in that room even though the laptop, Wyze camera and a TV all connect and have no issues. So there’s 60 bucks I spent on top of the 200 for this printer. Was able to see the printer in the Available networks. Then it would drop signal during connection process. I understand that this has to do with a dual band router. Either way it doesn’t make for a good experience. Was able to print finally after 4 hrs of resets and uninstalling the App and reinstalling it. Hate the fact that HP first pass root cause analysis is to power cycle and uninstall Aps they should do better. I will return this and get something better. If anyone gets this to connect on first pass connection. I would have to see it to believe it.

    This was a great printer for our needs, until it suddenly quit working just over a year after we bought it. Of course the warranty was gone by then so we were just out the money and forced to buy a new one. Would not recommend this product.

    I followed the reviews and it did not disappoint. I’ve had many printers over the years – this one has been the best. Easy to set up, easy to use and uses a small foot print. Best/most economical laser printer for home use in my opinion. Haven’t had any issues

    I wish they had a color version of this (maybe they do) it is awesome, the only downfall and its a big one is it does not have auto duplex printing, you have to take the paper off the top and put it back where the paper is and press the button. that is just a hassle, i didn’t look when i bought it so that is my fault, i just assumed all printers have that now! i print a lot and use this in an office and have only refilled the toner one time and toner for this is not expensive and HP cannot make me buy HP toner LOL, but their refills are inexpensive so i sometimes do anyways

    Unfortunately despite having the best economic value of toner. This little guy does NOT have Automatic dual sided printing. This printer from HP literally makes you pause from what you are doing to flip the paper in order to get a dual side print. Cmon… HP its 2021-2022 and a 299.99 printer you can’t add automatic duplex to it. Unfortunately I will be returning mine.

    That being said. If you are looking for a one sided printer the toner and drum is by far the LOWEST cost you can find on the market. If you do NOT need automatic duplex and seldom use it for double sided printing, this BLACK AND WHITE laser printer is a 100% value play.

    The printing is average. I gave it 3 stars because after the document is printed, the paper is slightly curled when it comes to rest in the output area on the top of the printer. I have to take the time to try to “uncurl” the paper. I have an older Brother printer and the paper does not curl when it is printed. Will probably return this printer because I am tired of having to uncurl the paper after it is printed.

    Set up instructions included with the product were not easy to follow. More detail is needed I had to google the printer to find the website to download the drivers. The plastic parts seem very breakable, not the same quality as my original HP printer,

    Go with a known brand – HP. I tried a color ink replenish thing from Brother and it was a dud. Too complicated. When i saw “Neverstop” I knew this was the printer for me. i’d always used HPS and they are plug-and-go. SOOOO easy to connect with wifi on all devices. Most of the time i just need a hard copy. Just print, please.

    I was surprised that it could not print 2 sided. I also found that the print was not a clean as my old laser printer and that worked against me when I printed with scan bars and my scan reader did not always work.

    My all time favorite printer. Toner cartridge lasts for ages. SO much better than having to buy all of the color ink cartridges when 99% of the time we only ever need black/white copies. Great at connecting to wifi as well.

    Love this printer. easy to install. i am currently printing from my ipad pro, my iphone, my mac mini, 2 office computers in my home office and it all works so flawless as long as its on my wifi network. plus the indicator on the front lets you know when the ink is running low. So easy to refill. and cheap.

    The HP Neverstop printer was great–until it stopped, one month out of warranty. One day mid-page it just quit. No power, no lights, nothing. We didn’t even make it through half of the original toner cartridge.

    Four calls over two hours to HP yielded a disconnection, transfer to an automated system, the wrong department and a warranty representative who could not hear me when the transferring rep could. I couldn’t even get to a point of trying to plead for understanding, or to see if a repair was possible.

    Best Buy was marginally better, where a Geek Squad person did some low-level troubleshooting which, while ineffective, was appreciated. I was also informed that printers are not serviced in-store; they require in-home appointments which cost $80 up front. Not terrible if you and your business can live for a week without a printer. We can’t.

    After 20 years of service from an HP 1022n printer, this mid-level machine seemed like a no-brainer, and it was five stars until yesterday. Abysmal customer service and a waste of $329 (we didn’t go cheap for this reason) on what was supposed to be an industry-leading product leave me wondering what to do.

    We probably got a lemon based on other reviews, but there’s no support for this.

    I USE THIS LASER PRINTER IN MY TAX PRACTICE. IT REMINDS ME OF THE ENERGIZER BUNNY. IT PRINTS EVERY TIME I ASK IT, AND DOES IT VERY QUICKLY. NO DRAMA. I RECOMMEND IT.

    Works fine and for a decent price. Only caution is if you are using it for doing a lot of letters and envelopes, you have to switch out the envelopes for the paper, as there is no separate tray.
