This is a great printer. Does not have all the extra functions like scanning and copying, but you can always do it with your cell/pc. If you tend to print a lot this a winner. Minus 1 star for having to use an app and it disconnects from wifi every once in a while, but easy enough to reconnect.

Recently picked up one of these jut before Labor Day. Was a great price. Was easy to connect to our network. Prints are sharp and high contrast. Love the compact size and it still does duplex printing automatically!

The printer looks like a quality product. I unboxed it and followed the manual for setup with my wireless nextwork. I even printed a test page from my cell phone.
I went to use it two days later and my phone can’t find it, neither can any of my laptops or tablets. I went through the troubleshooting process multiple times and have not been able to print from the printer since. I can remove it from my network and add it back in but nothing sees it. Even the device I am using to remove and add it. HP Support was not helpful. I spent more than three hours over a week trying to just get this thing to work. I am returning it today for somehting less complicated.

I have had a lot of printing to complete lately. My color printer was acting up and the cartridge replacements were pricey….not to mention, it never properly connected for wireless printing. Since I did not need color as an option, this works well for me. It is simple, small, and economical. I do wish connecting it for wireless printing was not as frustrating as it was, but I figured it out. The printing is excellent and hopefully the toner that is comes with lasts 2 years as described. If so, this is well worth it!

HP makes it so difficult to get things working. Troubleshooting is hampered by their app. This machine just kept malfunctioning. I returned it and bought a Brother. Fifteen minutes later, I was printing like a champ.

Set up was easy. It’s a good size and prints well. The only issue I’m having is it’ll print once and immediately go offline. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and it still suffers from the issue.

I bought this thinking it was an all in one printer but realized that it wasn’t. (I think the description was a bit confusing.) For the money I think there are other printers that are a better value with the same print quality and speed. If you have high volume print applications the two years of toner may make this a good economic purchase.

Seems to work great. It is silent which is what we were looking for. To download the printer driver was challenging (but then again I’m tech challenged). Let’s see if we’re happy after using it a while.

The printer replaced an hp laser jet 1300 I had for many years that finally bit the dust. The size is perfect for my home office and so far is working as expected, and I like the idea of a refillable toner set up. My only suggestion to HP would be to supply a USB cable for those who do not prefer to go with a wifeless connection, which would cost HP pennies.

Excellent basic fast b&w laser printer for fast printing higher quality black and white pages like tax forms. I hardwired mine with a usb plug bought separately and did not use the wifi.
