This Laser Jet Pro printer is well worth the price. It works flawlessly and is dependable. The only drawback I have with it is the cartridges are EXPENSIVE!!! (Or maybe it’s just that I’m not use to buying cartridges for a laser printer)!

HP printers have always been the workhorses of the printer world. If I want shockingly beautiful prints, I’ll be heading for Epson and Canon. But if I need a printer that can sit in my home office and print whenever/however, no matter how long I’ve been ignoring it? HP all the way. And this beast is no different. It takes whatever we throw at it and laughs off every challenge. The only way to stymie it would be to starve it of paper and beat it to death with a cinderblock. Need a printer for the next decade? This is it.

I am pretty loyal to HP printers and thus far I am pretty impressed with this model. I love that it’s wireless because I can store it anywhere based on available space and can print from both of my computers without worrying about cords. Print quality is awesome and printing front/back without extra work by me is always a plus. Would definitely recommend it!

This Printer is so Easy to set up. I use it for invoices and colored Logo Labels for Packages. The images come out clear and vibrant for both and prints great on my sticker labels also. Love the blue tooth feature…

Great printer. There were a few issues with getting it set up/connected to print from an HP laptop (surprisingly) and after extensive assistance from their customer service over a 2 day period, we finally got it to work. Since that time there has been no issues and I have no complaints.

Prints well. Set up easily. It’s a little slow to print the first page but is quite fast after that. Graphic prints have been very sharp.

Bought this printer in the middle of COVID and it came defective. It would print with a wavy line down the middle of the pages no matter what tray I used. The printer never printed well enough quality to warrant the price. When I tried contacting HP during COVID after the purchase NO ONE was available. Now that the warranty has expired, I cannot return or even exchange this item for something that works. If you buy one, check that it isn’t defective and pray that you can return it.

Have it hooked up both via cable and over WiFi without any issues to report. I keep it on 24/7 and print about 1,000 pages mostly in B&W every 4-6 weeks.
Two notable items
1-it is fairly loud for a small office printer. In my mind it should work a lot smoother similar to one of those small printers you have a work.
2-every so often it goes through some kind of cycle which scan startle you since it’s fairly loud.

Most home printers suck. Between ink jet and spotty WiFi connections. I switched to this laser printer and have had zero connection problems and the print quality is great.
Toner cartridges last WAY longer than inkjet. If you are considering doing a laser printer this is the one to get.

A bit bulky and heavy, plus the paper feeder tends to jam. Great resolution and color reproduction, easy to install and connect, but wifi connection can be spotty.

Printer just started printing extremely light to the point you cant read and missing most color. Supplies showed fine, tried new toner no help at all. As expensive as these are getting you would expect it to last more than a year. HP quality has gone way downhill, everything is cheap plastic.

When this machine goes to sleep (a good thing to save energy), you physically need to push the power button to wake it up; otherwise, your printing error says, “Printer offline.” A pain in the butt when you’re working on a project clear across the room. My Brother brand printer also goes to sleep when not in use but a print command wakes it up and it prints without having to touch it. I got this as a Christmas gift. I wanted a larger format printer to handle large scrapbook pages and other projects for a small home business, so this was not on my list of printers to get. However, it was a gift so I will have to keep it. The print quality is very good, and it allows me to use deco-foil to foil the designs I want to for my multi-media projects. I would recommend this printer if you’re just looking for letter-size format as the quality of the print is very good. I have not yet printed photos on it; only text and drawings.

When I picked this up at the store, the man bringing it out was carrying it by one hand slot which broke. The machine hit the floor. I asked if that would possibly damage it. He assured me it would not. IT DID. It never worked so I took it back to the store. The few things that did print were of excellent quality, so I’m sure the printer, when it hasn’t been dropped, is a good one . . . still, I can’t be sure.
