Breaks constantly. Worst printer I ever bought. Purchased geek squad insurance coverage. Spent four hours on the phone with five different texts yesterday from India. Each but the last one hung up on me every time after spending time with me on the phone. They no longer come to your house to service your equipment. They wanted to charge me $79 without any new parts to come and look at my machine. Totally disgusted with the whole process. Purchased as a result, I would never purchase anything from Best Buy again completely frustrated by the experience.

This printer constantly will not receive the paper the pick up fingers try 3 times then shows an error . I have changed the paper fill up the tray use less sheets at a time everything i can think of but simply will not pull in the paper or may grab more than one sometimes. Like the size of rhis printer but very unreliable.
