Really horrible design! As each page prints, it curls back and goes directly into the feeder. If you’re not standing over it to grab each page as it prints, it will print over the same page multiple times. Also, Instant Ink is a total scam! It started sending me cartridges after printing just eight pages and requires constant connection to the internet and if you try to use the cartridge after cancelling the subscription, the ink won’t work.

I am so disappointed brought this printer last February only used a few times I can count how many times used on one hand. I am having problems with printer anything from my smart phone. The last 3 days been trying to troubleshoot and still the printer keep saying that if offline. Reset in and it is still saying the same. Save you money and do not buy.

Great for the price. It prints darker than I expected. If I use label paper, it does a decent job. I would recommend lining up the paper before each sheet is pulled through. The photos are from the same sheet. It cannot connect to more than one network. I moved the printer and had to contact support to master reset it so that I could connect. Overall it works well.

Well, only had it for a few weeks and only printed a few copies but so far, very good. However, not sure how to get free ink when I did not sign up for the ink program. Please share how to get the free ink without paying monthly fee for ink. I do not print enough to warrant paying a monthly fee for ink. Please tell me HOW to get free ink cartridge which was part of the advertisement. Would give five stars but maybe advertising a bit deceptive about SIX MONTHS instant ink? Update review to come after understanding of ink program. Can’t recommend yet.

Great quality from a little laser printer. My printing needs are very infrequent and I wasted a lot of money constantly buying ink in order to print a few pages only to have the cartridge dry out before I used it again. Having a toner that doesn’t dry up so quickly should save me money in the long run. If you don’t need to print in color, this is a great option.

The printer worked great for a month. Then it required me to install their spyware app on my pc or it completely disabled the printer. Total scam. But to make it worse their garbage website crashes and I cannot complete the app install if I want to. So I have a brand new completely working printer going in the trash because the company remotely disabled it. NEVER buy HP trash. From the review on the app it looks like you cannot ever uninstall the app either.

Mixed bag… This printer REQUIRES a computer and Internet access for the initial configuration. DO NOT USE THE USB PORT WHEN FIRST CONFIGURING THIS PRINTER. Otherwise it’s a fine small printer for occasional use.

The HP-specific software was impossible to set up and keep working. It was a great price and I’m pretty tech savvy, but even after 30 min on the phone with customer service, still wouldn’t work. I returned it. HP needs to stop with the complex bespoke software deal

Bought this to use in my mother’s house in Colombia. Set it up and worked at first but then stopped printing after I came back to USA. Called HP and they said will not work in Colombia. Go figure…. Now I can’t return it because it cost more to ship it back to USA than the printer cost….
