I’ve only had this printer a month, but so far I’m happy. It starts up quick. Print quality is good. I love that it is wireless. I’m new to the Instant Ink program so I will see how that goes.

Returned it without ever using it once I found you have to set it up with a WI-FI connect – no option to do so with a printer cable. Then you need to install additional software “before” even starting the install.

This printer is compact, easy to set up, and extremely easy to use. I bought a different printer first, and it was a bit too complicated. I returned that one and bought this one instead, and have been extremely pleased with it.

Was a little challenging to set up. The ink cartridge kept popping out (cause we didn’t have it pushed in tight) and then we ruined it. Bought another cartridge and learned that the cartridges that come with the computer are starter cartridges and are needed for set up. Had to return our computer (which BestBuy was kind enough to do) and get another with good start up cartridges. Now is set up and running fine, except the scan process isn’t working as a message says more setup is needed for it.

Love the features and versatility of this printer, including the double sided printing effortlessly. Print time is descent, quality is great, and bonus that we can print from our phones. Ability to print from the phone was such a life saver when my son wasn’t able to print from his computer before rushing out the door to class! Extra bonus that a guest joining our network had no issues printing directly to the printer without having to install software. I took advantage of the instant ink offer, and loved it enough to keep it after the trial.
