    Overall performance is a 10 out of 10. Photos uses a lot of ink. Power button is in a awkward spot, in back of printer. Therefore a 4 star rating.

    That’s what the product is, simple and easy to use. I was disappointed with best by, I bought the product here because on the website it said delivery the next day, but it took 5 days to be delivered. it became just any store, because the price is the same as other places, there could be a difference in delivery, but they prefer to lie about it. unfortunate

    This looks like a returned product because it has a broken piece where ink goes obviously poorly stewed in crooked so the orienter does nothing. Sad thing I bought another from Beat Buy and it is not working

    There are times when it decides not to print; I unplug it and then plug it back then it works. Maybe if I paid more money for a more expensive one, I wouldn’t have any problem. When it works, it is great.

    Not even a year old yet. And stopped working. It keeps telling me to power on, and it is. I tried powering off and on. And unplugging, and re-plugging. It still won’t work.

    print or scan,returned it next day repurchased same model and
    Spend 11/2on phone with HP and they couldn’t get it to work.
    HP rep. Said Best Buy must have gotten a bad batch of printers.
    Spoke with a supervisor at HP and got nowhere with resolution.
    Spoke with tech support at Best Buy and they were no help either.

    Had the 4600 and it started losing wifi connectivity often. Took a bat to it and is now recycled after one year of rarely using the home printer.

    I bought this printer and an HP computer. they should work seamlessly. But each time I try to print I can’t. when I go to the control panel it says it is offline. I then run the trouble shooter. Then it the printer works. Also, the trouble shooter box has a message that this tool has been retired. How can that be with a new computer and printer? It says “learn more”. when it press “learn more” it tries to sell me Microsoft 365. I just bought 365???
