I love the look and color of the printer. The ease of use took a minute to figure out but it works smoothly now. I’m very disappointed in the printing quality though, as the words do not seem as clear as they could be on documents. I say this because I had an older HP printer I bought back in 2005 and the print quality was excellent and so was the ink cartridge life. I just bought an ink cartridge yesterday and literally printed several documents and the ink level is already half way gone. This is my 3rd cartridge in less than a year, I don’t print often and so this should not be the case. I never had this issue with my older HP printer. I haven’t printed pictures so I’m not sure of the quality there but I imagine if I do, the whole ink cartridge will be gone. If I had to buy it again, I would for design but not the quality. Invest in a higher-quality HP printer.

The paper feeder had stopped working after a few months. I aligned and cleaned the print heads. The issue has been corrected and no further issue.

I have had bad, bad luck with this printer. It constantly says there is a paper jam. I can not find a paper jam. I can not reset the printer. When I check online, it says that there may not actually be a paper jam, it just thinks there is. Nothing it has suggested I do has helped.
I am able to scan but because I can not print, this is pretty much useless to me.

The printer scanner is terrible. You have to feed a picture or document through a roller. I’m afraid to scan pictures for fear of damaging them. It doesn’t keep its WI-FI connection to track ink. It’s cheap and small, the only good things I can about it.

This printer looks nice and has a compact size, but when it comes to function, it leaves a lot to be desired. The very first time I used this printer, it worked great actually.
Unfortunately, ever since, it has been nothing but trouble. It rarely connects and instead stays in offline status. When it does work, it feeds in multiple sheets of paper at a time ruining my print job. There is also a line that appears across my image when I use the scan function. Overall, I spend about 10+ minutes troubleshooting each time I try to use this printer.

I love this compact sized printer, the size is perfect for my sewing room. I would recommend it for a dorm room as well as anywhere space is limited. The printing is beautiful too. It was very easy to set up and connect to the WIFI. And the price was right, thank you Best Buy!

You get what you pay for, I guess is the best way to describe this product. I am downgrading my home office due to retirement and wanted a smaller and cheaper printer than my old HP Envy. This printer is smaller and cheaper but feels and looks like a kid’s printer and is overall is a disappointment. Wish I had not bought it but not sure what I’ll do right now. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER TO A FRIEND.

So… I bought a new printer because this was a hassle to get it to work. It preferred to be wireless and it didn’t like to connect very often. I think if I had better Wi-Fi, it would have been great. I could print perfectly from my phone with it’s printing app, but printing from my laptop was very difficult. I bought it to print from my laptop, not my phone.

It is cute, small and practical. It has a feed through scanner which i thought was cool. However, the feed through scanner has to be fed one paper at a time, there is no tray to hold allthe papers i want to scan, and so i have to hold them one at a time. It does not have a flat scanner surface so if i wanted to scan something small like a covid19 vaccination card or ID i am completely unable to. The return period is only 15 days, I feel this is unfair because printing needs and set back don’t happen all at once. I bought my product less than a month ago and now that i am having all of these set backs, I am unable to return it.
