    Haven’t used the unit yet, but upon opening the exhaust hose came damaged. It’s such a hassle to get the part without having to return the entire unit. Will probably have to hunt for the right exhaust hose before editing my review or returning. So far not impressed. Also had my unit picked up curbside, it looks more like a manufacturing defect.

    I live in my 32 foot 5th wheel and was having trouble finding a fan motor replacement for my rooftop AC unit . I decided to buy this unit and I am so glad I did . I chose to put it in the living room as it is the largest space with two slide outs and it cools that space down which is about 20′ x 14′. The heat pump is great too , window adapter is heavy duty also and fit in one of the small trailer windows and just used a little white duct tape to seal it up . Very quiet too and moves a lot of air

    Love it !!! Works great!! I’m a heating and cooling refrigeration technician. When I say it works. It works. You don’t hear the compressor at all . All you hear is the fan motor on high speed. And that’s with any unit.

    Purchased one, it came open, missing pieces and cracked. They sent me a replacement and that one arrived damaged as well. The fan was broken on the second one and makes a very loud whirling noise. I was going to use the parts from the replacement one on the original one and as I was installing it I noticed it was cracked. Horrible experience. I really wish it would have worked out.

    I finally got around to putting the ac unit together and it’s not quiet but it’s not loud which is a big change from my previous unit. It cools very well I woke up like a popsicle.
    I would recommend this unit, please note the tube isn’t very long so measure before you purchase and see if you need a longer one or an adapter.

    Works great. I have a large drafty house. Placed this in a room that is 30 x 15. But has French door which open to the entry way. I had competitors units that did not work as well, cost $100 more and also did not last.

    In high 80s weather this unit worked great. Kept entire first floor (40 x 35) cool.

    2 months in and I love this purchase.

    Why is this model different without a locking hose on back of unit? It slips on but any movement it pops off. The direction of the hose connectors aren’t clear unless you can read the thread alignment. Mine popped off and I couldn’t get it on and instructions are non existent on that. All the other models lock at both ends.

    This air con is amazing! I sometimes wake up at night shivering because it’s so powerful! It’s a little loud, but it isn’t too bad. I like that it is a heater too, although l don’t know if I’ll need it since l an in Texas!

    Hello, I purchased this unit and it is defective.
    Worked Great the first day & then the next day the compressor will only run for 3 minutes & then the compressor shuts off & just the fan running.
    I have a drain line hooked up so the water can drain so that’s not the problem.
    Now I have to go through the hassle of retuning and buying another unit.

    Used this for a week before returning and replacing it with a Frigidaire unit. The compressor was really loud. The remote control didn’t respond most of the time. Didn’t cool well at all. Beware putting this unit on a 15 amp circuit- it kept tripping my GFCI outlets and I ended up having to replace the outlet.

    I was really hoping this would have helped my apartment with cooling. I have a 800 sq ft place and this has a 700 sq ft rating. I have another 300 sq ft ac in my bedroom and this does not cut it when the temp gets into the 90’s let along the 100’s its 88 on the ac temp it says when it’s full blast. Thats with 2 ac’s going in a 800 sq ft apartment.

    This thing is fantastic, very simple and easy to install and use. Cools my area down to 66 degrees without a single glitch. Well worth the price and even when its 111 outside it’s 66 inside and doesn’t have to work that hard or that long to get it to and keep it there!!!

    So far , so good. This unit has all the settings you might need , no matter the weather, you can use it as dehumidifier, as a fan, AC or heater. Easy to set up. Only thing , it is not as quite as I thought would be, but the noise it makes it won’t bother your sleep at all. I got my first electricity bill, and I was astonished, my bill was about the same as last month.

    Due to this scorching summer in FL I had to buy 3 different units and after 1 died I switched to this unit and I am glad I did… It is a workhorse it worked almost 24×7 for weeks and weeks and it is running like a champ.

    High price,lower quality. Poor description and users guide. No proper us style standard drain connection. Took forever to get asthe item wasout of stock and no one bothered to tell me until 10 days after ordering and then took almost 30 days to get the item, poor customer service.

    Was retured twice for being damaged when shipped. First time was delivered and left in the rain. Second time it had been bought and returned by someone else. Box didnt even have a bottom on it. Was like when it was returned the cut the bottom off slid it back over it and shipped to me.
