Item came in defective, it really stinks when you live in a hot state and pay for something that does not work out of the box. Hopefully this is just a fluke and the replacement will be better

Did not cool out of box – the room just kept getting warmer and warmer, also this was loud. Very disappointed because this unit was advertised as being energy efficient and now I have to begin the search process again. Called Honeywell’s customer service and after confirming I was using it in a recommended room size and followed the set-up instructions completely, they recommended returning it to the retailer.

Amazing product. People please realize this is the same as a window ac unit. It is small, depends on how old your house is and the region you live in depending on how this ac will perform. My place was built in 1984 insulated but bad. This unit works because in my region it’s more heat than humidity. Great unit that you can move around

THIS PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER STOPED WORKING 13 MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT IT, ONE MONTH AFTER WARNTY RAN OUT. BEST BUY TOLD ME SORRY IT WOULD COST MORE TO REPAIR IT THAN BUYING A NEW ONE!
