    I am not given the 5 stars because it came broke, when we opened we found a piece of plastic inside the package… that’s the reason that is not level on our countertop… we don’t really want to go to the store for a replacement

    The blending compartment was made of heavy durable glass which was a relief rather than plastic which is usual with less expensive ones. The base which contained the blades was sturdy. However the plastic skirting of the base as well as the lid/cover was made of light plastic. In fact the plastic at the base arrived damaged (cracked). There was prompt help in returning and replacing the damaged blender. Price was extremely reasonable. Overall great buy for price.

    When I first bought this product I hardly used it. After a while I began using it every other day from 2 to 3 times daily. It works pretty good. Can’t complain for the amount of money I paid for it. I had to get a replacement because the blade caught on a few pieces of ice and bent. When I took it apart to clean the blade was stuck. Pulled a bit harder to get the blade out and it broke the glass on the bottom. The only flaw I feel this product has is that after the first few uses, it feels as it losses power. I don’t know. It might just be me. I recommend it.

    Just OK. It doesn’t chop ice very well. Just your basic blender if you want to make a smoothie, or mix some fruit with almond milk.

    Never used because it was broken when i took it out the box blade was off and could not be reattached. A huge disappointment!!

    This worked great for a year then stopped. I’m not going to give it a total thumbs down because for that year I used it a lot. It may be that my needs and it’s capabilities didn’t align.

    I never knew Hamilton Beach blender is one of the best blender among the others. I have used several blenders but trust me, Hamilton is the best. This is because it blends well, simple to use and it blends faster. And the product is so so quality. Please if you don’t have one, run for yours. Thank you
