    I just used my slow cooker from Hamilton and wanted to write a review because I am so happy. This is the first of its kind, i think, in which you can use frozen meat. I didn’t remember to defrost my chicken and put everything in the crock and turned in on. came home hours later to a great smelling meal. Now to the taste – it tasted just as good as any other meal. This is a great slow cooker that uses either frozen or defrosted meat! Yay! it’s a time saver. Everyone should be using one of these.

    I have used a few crock pots to feed my Family and I can say hands down this one truly is the best, I LOVE the function to set the timer for either High – 8 hours, or Low – 4 hours. It creates a perfect cooking temperature and you can see this clearly through the lid. I have made the tastiest Chicken & Rice soup in it and Stew Beef – they came out complete winners and I really love the thermometer, nice touch, thank you for making this, I had been searching for a decent crock pot and I found it.

    Hope this helps those of you who like to cook or just simply want a decent crock pot for when you want to use it.

    Bought this and used it twice, worked flawlessly, put it away for about 2 months and used it again, didnt turn on, didnt work at all. Contacted best buy and was told since the warranty was up they couldnt do anything then contacted manufacturer and they said only way to get it repaired was to pay shipping to and from for $20 both ways. Not worth it. Going a different route. Though this crock pot was going to be great because of the reviews and got a dud.

    Works well! Once I got through instructions and programming … I’m an older person and prefer simplicity. Received in good condition – I was worried about that. Good addition to my kitchen. It has a “Warming” feature I had never used before but the recipe turned out well and didn’t overcook.

    This replaced an older model slow cooker I had. So far I like how you have several options on cooking temps/and how you can defrost right in the pot. The temperature prob is a added bonus. Will help so you don’t overcook proteins anymore especially chicken

    Good crock, runs hotter than other crocks I’ve used, have to add more liquid to recipes or they will burn to the stone. Easy to clean with baking soda scrubbing. Still spotless after 5 months of use.
