I was not sure if I would like this kind of can opener since we had always had the under counter type for all these years. It finally quit working and I had to buy a new one. I looked at several different kinds of can openers and the different features each one had.

This is THE WORST non-dollar-store can opener I’ve ever owned! I chose it bcz of the extras that it comes with, namely the plastic package opener, but that was a huge mistake. Every. Single. Time. I use it, I want to throw it out the window! It does not latch on to any can…so there I go, fighting with the dang thing and I always end up using my handheld twisty one anyway.
Idk what happened bcz it was great the first few times I used it but as time has gone by, it’s worked less and less often. If I do manage to open a can with it, it always ends up a mangled mess with the juice from the can going everywhere. (I tried to upload a photo of the remnants of the last can I was able to open with it but kept getting an error. Good job BB.)
