When I purchased this roll, it was my first time to use this brand. The plastic material is much thinner than the FoodSaver rolls and I found them difficult to work with as I had to place something on one end to keep the bag from rolling up as I was cutting the bag size I needed. Other than that it did seal with the food and I was able to freeze the food.
