    Great product. It works well and has blue indicator lights to show that the device is working. Lights turn off when boiling is done. Replacement parts available on Hamilton Beach’s website.

    Very disappointed!
    My household are extreme tea drinkers. At least 3 times a day. Purchased this one online after comparing high-end and lower priced kettles.
    In less then a month I noticed the metal plate inside the pot started to rust. Returned it immediately.
    The water got hot but not as hot as my 20.00 kettle. The handle is cheap plastic and feels like it would break when it was full.
    Easy return made at the store even though I purchased it online.
    Save your money don’t buy this hot water kettle.

    In what seems like a matter of seconds, a couple of minutes really, it boils up a full pot a water at the perfect temperature to press some coffee or make some tea.The light in the clear glass is cool.

    This is the second same bottle I bought for my family. It works great, but at the first couple days, it had a strong plastic odor which came out from the cap. After multiple usages, the smell has already gone.

    Large kettle and lights up very well. I use everyday . I had the same brand for 10 years and the sensor stopped working. If this one lasts this long then I got my moneys worth

    It boils water quick, except it essentially has convulsions so make sure you DO NOT GO OVER THE MAX LINE. Like, seriously.

    Also, dropped it once, didn’t crack, so it must be made of whatever the Kool-Aid guy’s body is made out of.

    Very nice, slim and easy to operate water heater. I have had similar items in the past, but they didn’t last long. This however, has been a very nice addition and looks nice with the blue LED lights.

    (3) start because sometimes the auto shut-off doesn’t work when the water is vigorously boiling and needs a manual shutoff. It has done that a few times so far.

    Basic but it does the job. It does only one thing, but it does it well. Lacks features like temperature setting, but for the price all I need it to do is boil water.

    I’ve had this electric kettle for almost 9 months and use it DAILY. It holds a lot of water to boil and you can watch it through the glass. Nice and lightweight and boils quickly. I really like the design, the glass and chrome make it look sleek.

    Excellent hot water. I owned a previous version of the same model. When i bought the replacement i noticed this one was marked for a higher maximum water level. Very pleasant surprise! The blue light while heating is attractive and instantly recognizable. The kettle shuts off automatically and was easy to set up with an auto switch hooked to my smart home setup. Works like a charm!
