I wanted an inexpensive french press. This one does the job. However, coffee does not stay warm for the 2 and 3rd cups. So either I have to make 2 pots or get a thermal carafe to put it in. It is very lightweight and easy to use and clean. I wish the lid had a mark or some sort of indicator on how the lid should be put on due to the built in strainer on the lid. I scratched a notch into it so I know what way it goes on.
Nice press for the money.

Works great, I use it every morning. However, I am noticing more and more coffee grains at the bottom of my coffee.

Best FP i have in my coffee arsenal. This is my third, have two bodums which are ok, but one is for my cold brew and the other is tiny. This HB maker is great all around, quality, size, look, and has two press functions. I won’t use the hot cocoa feature but it was a nice addition. Keeps my coffee hotter than my BOdums, for sure, so i can even add cold cream and its doesn’t get lukewarm. def a great pot.

Great item. It works well with my loose tea leaves as well as making coffee. I haven’t tried to make hot chocolate with it yet but I bet it would be good at that also. Works well for small or large amounts. Much healthier than using traditional drip machines.

Made tea and cold press coffee – works like it should. The gasket sticks to the glass sometimes, but I have only used it twice. I expect this to get better with use.

Wanted an inexpensive glass French press and this one serves the purpose. Easy to use and easy enough to clean. Would have preferred to have more ounce increment measures on the glass carafe. And I don’t have much use for the frothing attachment. Would have preferred to save a couple of bucks on that extra attachment.

This was a replacement for my Caribou French Press, but I wouldn’t buy ever. It does not press down to the bottom, the last inch or so, to get that last good press, of the bottom of the glass is narrowed so the press clean l does not pass it and the coffee does not get pressed at all. Piece of junk!!!
