    This is great. Works well, love being able to brew a single cup that is ready by the time I can get the filter and coffee set up for the carafe. Can’t run both at same time, but works out very well.
    So I’m sipping coffee while the pot is brewing.

    I had bought the older model of this coffee pot 4 years ago and my wife and I loved it. We decided to upgrade (our old one still works just fine) and we like this one even more. Brews a pot of coffee with cold water in about 12 minutes or hot water in about 8 mins. We love this model because of the water reservoir for the single serve, the old one you had to fill your cup up with how much water you wanted to brew with. This one holds quite a bit of water so we can brew multiple single cups off it. The single serve brews in about 1 min. Very pleased with our purchase!

    So disappointed. There is a terrible plastic/chemical taste to every cup I’ve made, regardless of which method. I washed all of the removable components and ran multiple water only cycles and it doesn’t improve the taste.

    I bought the first Flexbrew model 49976 06/20/2020 and bought the 2 year BestBuy warranty thankfully. I had to get a replacement on 04/23/2022 with model 49902 and decided against the 2 year warranty. Big mistake as the single cup part of machines gets stopped up after cleaning the needle after evry 2nd cup…what a pain. Then my wife went to remove the decanter from the pot and all the pieces for stop and pour went flying. I cant even find the pieces. I would nevr buy another Hamilton Beach Flexbrew. Oh yeah I bought my son a Flexbrew also around 06/20/2020 and his didnt last 6 months…Total gabage.

    I love this coffee maker! I use the carafe to make a pot of coffee everyday before work. I set the delay brew and I have fresh coffee when I get up. Late afternoon I make a K-cup, and when I had to drive a couple of hours on a trip, I filled up my travel mug with my favorite coffee and enjoyed my trip. I would buy this coffee maker again in a heartbeat. In fact, I got a similar one for my sister. She just didn’t want the K-cup feature. Both versions are great!

    Removable reservoir for the K-cup side is the best! Adjustable sizes for K-cup cups is terrific. Lid over the carafe side opens too tall for cabinets above but other than that this is a great coffee maker.

    I’ve had this coffee maker for a few weeks now, and at this point I am very happy with it. I’m the only coffee drinker in the house so I didn’t make a carafe yet. I used K-Cups as well as the option for loose coffee. The coffee maker is very quick, yet the coffee is hot. Operation is very simple and intuitive and everything appears to be sturdy. So far, I have zero complaints. Definitely a good purchase for a fair price.

    The coffee maker is very good, however, it arrived with a cracked carafe. I contacted customer service and was told I would have to either return the entire coffee maker to a store, or ship it back for a replacement. I only wanted to replace the carafe. I live an hour away from the closest store, and do not have easy access to shipping. Also, I needed a coffee maker and the K-cup side was working fine. I ended up having to purchase a new carafe directly from Hamilton Beach.

    The machine is great. Customer service was not so great about replacing the cracked carafe.
