This was to replace the same brand but older model. Like how you can remove the griddle, so non- stick that no spray oil needed. Has some hotter spots but able to cook more pancakes at once. Drip tray much improved.

This 9.5”x20” nonstick electric griddle makes cooking breakfast for a crowd easy! Plenty of room to cook different things at the same time.
The attractive copper color of the cooking surface is unique. The grease trap is large and easy to access for quick clean-up. The griddle top can be turned around so the cord hook-up can be placed close to wall outlet for safety.
I gave 4 stars to this product because I think there should be a third heat element to aid in better heat distribution.
I like using the product, am happy I bought it and would recommend it as a great buy!

We use regularly for large meals for such as making pancakes or grilled cheese type sandwich works well and clean up is a breeze since cooking surface is separate from base structure

My wife was skeptical when I brought this home until we made breakfast the next morning. Bacon, pancakes and over easy eggs are a breeze with this griddle. Last week I was able to fit 12 oz. of thick cut bacon on the griddle at once. Started the bacon from cold and heated to 350 and it was perfect. I don’t have that kind of control on my stove. If you have room in your kitchen get one!

This thing works amazingly! This isn’t a fake review; we had an old skillet/griddle that was chipped and all and decided we’d move to the ceramic type. While it is “coated,” it works great—especially for cleaning! It doesn’t have any “frills,” or gimmicks, it’s just a power cord and a cooking surface, but it is 100% what it needs to be. Bottom line, this is definitely an upgrade if you want to get into the ceramic. Oh, and “reversible” means you can rotate the cooking surface, so the cord is either on the left, or right; it doesn’t mean you can flip it over.

Unfortunately We returned this griddle. It shows the cooking surface is reversible to have the power cord on either side. I assumed that it snapped into place but it does not; it just lays there. That becomes a problem when you go to store it in a cabinet and have to tilt the unit; it wants to separate and fall off which can damage your floor or toes!

How can you not rate a griddle positively? It’s spacious. The nonstick surface is still intact today! I’m dieting now so I don’t use it as much but it’s still amazing. I recommend it to any foodie who loves to cook.

Nice ceramic griddle. Griddle can be swapped so plug can be on either side. Non stick works great. A little narrower than expected though. Frame also a bit flimsy and waiting to see how durable it is.

So far it is a very good product. Nonstick surface is superior. Did a lot of research to make sure this was a good ceramic product so we were not using Teflon. Not real fond of the base because the griddle does not lock into it and could be dropped. And the base seems like it would break easily. So far happy with purchase.
