    Just what I was looking for, it has a great selection of different ground size that will fit almost all of your coffee making needs. The selector for amount makes it super easy for measuring.

    I used it maybe a dozen times to grind Starbucks French Roast beans before it the blue light on top started blinking and it stopped working.

    Outside of the return window I had to call Hamilton Beach, they didn’t even bother diagnosing the problem like it was something common and just issued me an RMA.

    Very quick at grinding the roasted coffee beans and the hopper is very capacious. I will be looking to see how it handles the moisture from the beans

    Holds a good deal of beans. Multiple cup and granule size settings ideal for a pot or espresso machine. Very fast and easy to clean. Does scare my dogs though but its not insanely loud. I grind the night prior and put the coffee pot on a timer as to not wake anyone.

    I have two problems with this grinder:
    1. even on espresso the grind is way too coarse. Which is why it’s getting one star. Don’t market and show an espresso setting if the machine can’t do it.
    2. I wouldn’t remove a star for this but the disassembly of the burr for cleaning is super snug and I feel like there is a good chance you’ll eventually break it trying to disassemble it.

    Aside from that its a nice looking machine it works well for coffee users. Just don’t expect it to work for espresso machines.

    The grind picture shows a premade espresso ground on the yellow lid and the finest espresso grind of this machine on the black lid.

    Also worth noting is that this is a flat/disc burr grinder (not conical burr).

    At forst we tried to fill the entire top with beans and it would not grind. So in order to work, we only put in very few beans at a time.

    Absolutely not worth it. Problems immediately with clogging and now stopped working a month and a half later with very limited use. Go with anything else!

    I am using this coffee grinder each morning. It took me about a week to learn the size of the grounds that made the perfect cup of coffee. The unit works great. I have found though, to grind 2 extra cup portion size grinds, so if I plan to brew 6 cups of water, then I choose 8 cups on the dial and just press the button and that’s it. I am very happy with my purchase, it looks great on my counter, and I recommend this unit.

    It is a small and sleek coffee grinder. It is a value for money and love it all the time. Just one small thing, at times I see that you need to shake the jar to ensure that the coffee beans are grinded.

    That machine don’t ground the coffee good a little too big. When you position to the smaller level of the machine it does not ground the coffee how it suppose to be. Like expreso coffee.

    I purchased this item/brand to replace an almost-new grinder that failed. It works very well.
    A bit loud (I understand why the cattle stampeded in “City Slickers”) but acceptable. I like stronger coffee so I’m figuring out grind/quantity settings. Hope it performs for a long time
    unlike it’s predecessor (another brand).

    I thought this was the perfect grinder. Nice settings. Good reservoir and cup that catches it with an easy pour but everything about this is cheap junk. It’s grinds poorly. Had it since the end of April, had to clean it out every couple weeks. Still takes forever to grind and is really loud. Had to double check there wasn’t something wrong with it over and over. Then the top part that holds the beans cracked. I took it apart again. Cleaned it, glued the cracks and put it back together. I have not touched the top again but to pour in beans and now it’s cracked again on the other side. I wonder if there’s anything to do at this point since it’s been six months but this is trash. Did I just get a dud?

    You can not select the size of the grind. Very disappointed in this purchase. It will either end up in the trash or in a yard sale. Produces a large grind no matter where you place the grind selector.

    happy with this grinder because it does not make a big mess on my counter when it grinds. all other grinders i have tried always made a big mess. it grinds the beans very fine too, instead of course like most grinders.
