    No carafe or coffee pot needed! I like that there aren’t extra moving parts to clean. I can put my coffee in my thermos directly from the brew station and go. The program options are simple and useful. I think if I could keep the coffee warm longer than four hours that would be even better.

    I have the Hamilton Beach – BrewStation 12-Cup Coffeemaker – Black.Before purchasing this one,I had the one with the silver.This is a no mess,no fuss unit that I highly recommend.I only wish that when raising the lid to clean it is that the water condensation does not drip down inside by the warmers.No carafe is needed or wanted by us.I love the fact that you just sit your cup under it while pressing against the release to get the desired amount you need. 4 hours of keeping my coffee hot is perfect.

    This is not the model I had purchased years ago and find it challenging. You can’t remove the basket and bucket that holds the coffee until it is cool because the handle to remove the bucket is under the filter basket. It also is lighter weight and I must hold the entire pot when trying to fill my cups because to get coffee you need to press the button very hard. Not impressed with this model.

    I have used this coffeemaker for about 2 months and hate it more everyday. It is very poor quality to the Brewstation I had in the past and am so sorry I ordered it. Cheaply made. Poor quality. Am replacing with a much better Cuisinart.

    I had a Hamilton Beach coffee maker for about 8 years that finally died. I immediately decided to purchase a similar version to what I previously had since it worked. This was the closest model to my old one except this one didn’t include a coffee holder. Overall it does the job. The plastic does get into the coffee flavor at time so keep that in mind.

    It’s noisy when brewing and during the stay warm cycle. Not as sturdy as prior models. I do like the fact that the water container is removable and easy to fill. But it works and the price was right.

    In 2017 I put my brew station in the pantry and replaced it with the 2-way FlexBrew model49976. I was excited to have the pod/single coffee AND the 12 cup coffee maker all in one. I just got REALLY tired of the caraf and when hubby forgot to put back when making coffee…the mess…ha,ha. We had to laugh. So I bought a small HB FlexBrew that use uses pods or grounds and makes one cup. SO…I retired the big Flexbrew, set up the BrewStation AND the little flexbrew/pod maker. Now I have a coffer maker without a caraf and the pod brewer. It still works just like new!

    This is my second Hamilton Beach BrewStation.
    Pros : It’s programmable, has a clock, keeps coffee hot
    Cons: This newest coffee maker says CLEAN will appear every 30 cycles and it seems that the cycles include the clean cycles within that count; therefore, you don’t actually get 30 cycles of coffee making.

    We absolutely love this coffee maker. I’ve owned many different coffee makers over the years and every single one had issues with the carafes spilling…this one, no carafe, no leaking. This is the 3rd one we’ve bought over the years.

    This is the second one I’ve had. I like not having a pot since it’s at work with a concrete floor. The coffee maker works good but they don’t last more than a few years. Mine arrived slightly damaged which was Best Buy’s fault for not packaging it. Instead they just shipped it in the manufacturer’s box. Those aren’t designed to withstand shipping.

    The package arrived in a beat up box and the water reservoir section had a big crack in it. Was not very happy with my item. Too much trouble to try to return it. Will probably not buy from this store again.

    I love this coffee maker! You fill up the side water reserve and it makes the coffee in its own tank in the back – no need for a glass carafe! You can program it, warm up coffee you made before and make different brew strengths! Seriously LOVE this BrewStation!

    you gave to hold on to the coffer pot it moves. The coffee dispencer is not good.

    Well, I appear to be hooked on these HB Brewstations, but sadly wish they were better quality. The prices have steadily gone up, I have owned several different versions… and they just don’t hold up. The lid on the water container snapped off the first week… but I don’t dare send it back as they are not always easy to find… and I just can’t see myself using a glass carafe. Perhaps I’ll find a quality replacement some day… or they will just improve this one so it’s durability matches its rising price.

    I like my coffee HOT. This is a very nice coffee maker but the coffee is just about average. Not very hot. The only way this coffee machine gets hot coffee is when you put it in a microwave to finish.

    This makes a great cup of coffee. Unfortunately this is the 7th one I have purchased in 4 years. They have really started making them poorly, they leak, and they are slapped together where none of the corners even meet. It is maddening. If you buy get the warranty or you will be sorry. Otherwise, as I said, it makes a great cup of coffee.

    I have purchased several of these Hamilton Beach-Brew Stations over the years. I like the way it dispenses coffee which sets it apart from other coffee makers. After using this type of coffee maker, I can’t go back to the carafe.
