    Is this within budget? Yes. Does this get the job done? Most definitely. Is this the best in market? Probably not. But I am more than happy with the performance. Easy to use, easy to clean, no fuss. Most of all, perfectly within my budget.

    I have been using the Hamilton Beach – 6 Speed hand mixer for about a month, and so far I have been impressed. This is quite powerful, as I used to prepare the mix for cakes. The burst mood is a really useful feature. Besides for some application when you want to to be slow, you can choose the lowest speed which is also something very important for me.

    The setup comes with a box on its back that perfectly fits the blades.

    I strongly recommend reading the instructions carefully before the first time you use it to avoid any confusion.

    When I saw the beaters that came with it, I thought “they appear very cheap”. HOWEVER. I only wanted a mixer for cake batters, and maybe cookies or whipping cream. I was amazed at… how light it was,, not heavy at all! It will sit right next to your mixing bowl and not fall over! It was a delight to be able to mix my cake mix! SUPER easy to use and I love the storage of the beaters so they do not get lost! IF you need a more sturdy beater you can always order it. (Info on the manual included). It comes with 1 whisk attachment and I have not used that, I imagine that would work for whipping cream. The only issue was that in the manual, it does not say what the marking on the bottom is for. I assume that the single picture side on the bottom by the beater holes is for the whisk attachment. It’s a great blender for basic things.

    Needed a portable mixer for my kitchen and this one works for me. I sometimes don’t want to get out the stand mixer, so the Hamilton Beach Mixer was a good match since everything goes in the container that attaches to the mixer. I hate having to hunt for parts to use my kitchen tools.

    We have only used the Mixer a couple times so far. The beaters are functioning ok at this point; but not sure how sturdy they are. We have mixed our special, heavy carrot cake pancake batter and a few other things. We like that it comes with the container that holds all the attachments, cords, etc together.
