    I took a chance with this waffle maker and it was a bad choice.

    *It heats terribly uneven.
    *On top of that it takes 10 minutes to cook! No thanks.

    I’ll go back to my ancient Salton heart waffle maker that cooks in 2 min. Returning this right away.

    It’s so easy-to-use, just turn it on, pour in the batter and wait for the green light! And, if you like them a bit crispier, like me, just open the unit, close it again and wait for the 2nd green light. Perfect! Best of all, since it does four waffles at once, we can sit down and enjoy 4 hot waffles at the same time. Good quality cooking surface, easy-to-clean. Love it!

    The waffle iron makes good waffles, but if you wait for the ready light, they will be overcooked. You need to watch it and remove the waffles when the amount of steam coming off it decreases.

    A great waffle maker. This was bought as a replacement and the new unit has improvements over my older model. Quick, waffles ready in about 3 minutes vs. 5 minutes on the old model. I like the two lights for power and ready, and the metal plate on top for the steam to vent. Non-stick interior, waffles pop right out.
