Love the coffee pot. However, very disappointed in the single serve feature, coffee was barely luke warm. 12 cup makes good hot coffee. Maker is easy to setup & program. Would have liked a feature to set the cutoff time.

This coffee maker is great. The only downside after about 1 week, the bottom handle of the carafe broke. It’s still usable but very disappointing. I’ll eventually need to replace the carafe. I can see it slowly breaking. Other than the carafe, the coffee maker works great. We have yet to use the single serve. We plan to use it when we make tea.

Needed a new coffee pot and this single serve/12 cup coffee maker is perfect. Single serve (with reusable filter) comes in handy when needing a quick cup of coffee on the go. Easy to use and clean.

I love the coffee maker! It has a setting for “Bold” and I can program it at night and have my coffee ready when I wake up either in the pot of a single cup. It also done not dribble!! Not sure if you have has coffee pots that dribble when poring but this one does not and it is wonderful 🙂
