    I had to move the hinge to the right to fit my kitchen configuration. Not easy if you are singlehanded and don’t have the right tools. took 3 hours.

    Good, nice fridge looks real nice in the house. Good shelf space inside. We were used to a bigger fridge 18 cubic foot fridge, but so far have been able to fit everything we need. Haven’t been able to get as many sauces on the door, but it works out fine. The fridge does make a little bit of a small buzzing sound from time to time that sort of sounds like a fax machine. It’s not that loud but just something to be aware of. Not a deal-breaker for me.

    Beautiful fridge. Works great so far. Doesn’t have an ice maker or water dispenser, so only needed to plug it in. Delivery guys had great attitude and had masks on. They were on time and got the job done.

    Love my new Haier refrigerator/freezer. I had been wanting a bottom freezer. The one I had was a top freezer and I was always bending down to see what was in the fridge. In addition, items were pushed to back and were forgotten about. Once discovered, food had spoiled. I am in an apartment and it was difficult to find a bottom freezer that would fit in the space. The Haier fit perfectly. Now when I open the fridge I see everything at eye level. Love the glass shelves and two drawers as well as two freezer drawers and a compartment for ice cube trays and small items. Thank you Haier.

    Refrigerator works fine but it took a little adjustment on my part because of the drawers in the freezer.
    Also – Order No. 1025740692 for a door bin that I place with Haier at the end of April was supposed to be in May 11th. I have emailed them requesting information so everything will be fixed correctly. (cracked door bin). Have heard nothing. Case No. is 05734086. Perhaps you can have better luck finding out about the delay!

    I bought this to replace a Frigidaire that started making popcorn noises after less than 1 year. This Haier is the quietest fridge I have ever heard. It’s actually hard to tell if it’s even running. It’s more than enough room for 1-3 people but maybe too small for a large family. It’s a bit annoying that you have to open the door ALL the way to open the drawers but not huge problem. The shelves are not highly adjustable but it does allow you to move the top shelf up a bit to make more room on the middle shelf.

    The default temperature setting (37F) was a bit too warm for me. I checked the temp of milk stored on the door shelf and it was 41. Milk stored on a main shelf was 39-40. After i adjusted the main temp to 36, and the “my zone” drawer temp to 35 (to store meats), all of my food is under 38.5F (which i checked several times).

    The best thing about this fridge is how quiet it is. My kitchen is near my living room. My old fridge was annoyingly loud. This one is near silent. The compressor makes a quiet, high pitch, buzzing, which is inaudible once you are 10 feet away. You can hear the internal vent doors (actuators) opening and closing but this only lasts about 10 seconds. There is occasional gurgling sound but it’s rare, normal, and quiet.

    Overall, i am extremely satisfied with this fridge.

    Super happy with my purchase. I ordered in store and scheduled delivery. The fridge is perfect for 1 person and has a pretty cool “my sone” feature. Measurements are true to size. Delivery was pretty seamless except Best Buys customer service wasnt the best. The delivery drivers were awesome though. They were very accommodating and delivered the fridge with care.

    I love this unit! It’s so quiet compared to my old refrigerator— a main reason to replace. It may be smaller but with the fridge on top, I can easily negotiate room. The 3 drawer freezer works fine for me. It won’t hold a turkey!! I’ll leave that to others. Oh! And it’s so attractive!

    When I opened the box I was happy, it was cute, and kind of roomy…When I stood back to admire I was horrified to see a dent right in the front. Went I contacted Best Buy I was given a returned authorization. The next day the return was revoked by Best Buy. Best Buy blamed the manufacture and said it was their problem to fix. I do not recommend this company Haier or Best Buy for that matter.

    Bought this to replace our current basement fridge. The old unit worked fine, but it was old and not “cool”. Plus I do not like top freezer refrigerators. My mom said that was all that made years ago, was bottom freezer fridges, why did they switch? Probably cheaper?

    This is a great looking fridge. Since it is a secondary fridge, we did not want or need anything big, and this is the perfect size. It looks amazing and has a good mount of room inside. I also like the drawers in the bottom freezer, nice touch.

    Needed to switch the handing on the doors and while it was not difficult, there are a few steps and parts. Went well though. Just make sure you hang onto the doors. I did not and the fridge door hit the floor and there is a small dent. Totally my fault. I am still bummed about it. So have some one help you so you don’t dent things like I did.

    The lighting is nice and bright inside and a pleasant, modern lighting. Also appreciate the display on the front, comes on when you open the door and goes off a minute or so later.

    To be honest, I have a few small criticisms. First, while it is great to have drawers in the bottom freezer compartment (necessary actually), but the drawers don’t pull out very far. They are short. Not a huge deal, just wish they pulled out further. Also, It took a few months to get this. But the pandemic was going and this unit seems to be kind of a special order, no one had it in stock, or quick delivery. It is kind of pricey for the size, but still happy I got it. Would buy again. Given the price, I wish it was a little better built. It’s not bad, just a little cheapy feel in some areas. Course, these are just my opinions.

    Even though it is not perfect and on the high side for price, as I said, I am glad I bought it and would buy again. Gladly recommend this unit.

    Great lighting and so EZ to find things without all the trappings of compartments! Always prefer bottom-freezer fridges, and this one has wonderful drawers. wE opted against having an ice maker. makes absolutely NOISE (as our previous LGs and Kenmores did). WE LOVE THIS (had encountered it on an AirBnB Stay in Quebec, and were happy o finally track it down here in Best Buy! )

    I dare say perfect for my needs. This is a relatively compact refrigerator that has compartmentalized how I place everything and made my favorite pastime, cooking, more efficient. Once the shelves are placed in where i felt comfortable and I grew on the freezer drawers it became the perfect refrigerator for me since I like mostly fresh foods

    Not even a year after purchasing this refrigerator, the freezer door unsealed causing all frozen contents to thaw and be discarded! A few months later, the compressor failed & became unbearably loud! Cost to repair would be more than a replacement!

    Two months into owning this fridge, and it brings me joy every time I open it. It’s perfect for a household of 3-4, easily. Even after my weekly grocery run and throughout the week as leftovers fill its shelves, it’s never too crowded and we can see everything. We have much less wasted food, the big drawers are awesome, the special drawer that you can set to a different temperature is such a nice feature for meat, and the light is so crisp and clean. I am amazed that everything we need to fit into the freezer drawers fits perfectly and nothing gets lost. The bottom two drawers don’t fully extend, but they extend more than enough. I love this streamlined Fridge so much. It was also delivered exactly when it was supposed to be delivered. Our kitchen is tiny, but this fridge gives us more organization and storage than we thought possible.

    This refrigerator is a awesome purchase if you have a small kitchen. I really love that I can fit gallon items on the inside door shelves! The only thing I would complain about is that I haven’t figured out how to decrease the fridge temperature yet. Also, it gets dings in it rather easily too (don’t put it next to a corner counter, table, etc.). Nevertheless, I’m happy with my purchase for the price.
