After wearing these for a week or so my eyes feel better and I’ve been sleeping better. I’m constantly starting at a screen, whether it be writing reports on my laptop, gaming or watching videos. The screen is also more vivid which is nice when gaming. These are the same size as the adult ones for around $15 less and come with both a hard case, bag and cleaning cloth.
