    Great price on this portable cassette player! My husband wanted to repair his yellow Sony Walkman cassette player, but buying a new one was less expensive. He has a lot of cassettes that he wants to keep.

    M.fr ate 2 cassettes chew and downward spiral torsion. i fished the tape out surgically and rewound cassettes yet still warped a bit. Iwould NOT recommend! Tape Killer!

    The day that I received this cassette player, I was so excited. The evening that I received this item, put in batteries, it did not play, I was sad, thought I would have to send it back. The next day before I boxed it up, I decided to try it one more time, it played and continues to play. Because it was cold, it needed time to warm up. I LOVE IT!

    Sorry, but I do not like this radio. The on off button is the volume and it is hard to turn off. I already wasted a set of batteries. The dials for volume and tuning are set so low in the casing that I find them hard to manipulate. I can’t find the stations I want. I wish I had not bought this radio.

    I got these for myself. I have some old cassettes that I wanted to listen to. The sound is good and they’re convenient when I go out to the barn.

    I ordered this from the store; the only positive part of this story was that they shipped it quickly. I opened up the package put batteries in it, it doesn’t work. I’m disgusted to know end with this product.

    I’m debating whether I should smash it to pieces and send it back to the company or not, a total waste of $20 plus shipping.

    I’m very satisfied with this product. I wanted an inexpensive tape cassette player and this also has a built-in AM-FM radio which was a bonus. It’s not a high-tech item but it does the job I wanted it for and the radio was an added extra I wasn’t looking for but glad to have it.

    Good little cassette player. I gave it as a gift to my 86 year old mother. It is easy for her to use except that the button indicators are black on black which is nearly impossible to read.

    This is a excellent portable cassette player with a radio. The sound is very good and its easy to carry around and has a clip on the back so you can easily clip it your pants/jacket or whatever you want. This brings back found memories of listening to cassettes back in the day to life again.

    Ordered a week ago, received the product today. My daughter got through Side A of a tape before the thing stopped working. The ‘stop’ button feels wonky and the tape rolls but the little rubber roller doesn’t push the tape up to the playing head.

    We’re off to eBay to find a real Sony Walkman and will not bother with this. We truly thought buying from Best Buy was a safer option but… alas, you’re selling garbage.

    Works great for what i wanted . So simple to use even for a senior citizen. The Radio is a nice bonus.
    Like jogging with it cliped on my belt and listening to my tapes.zz top ccr ac/dc .ect.

    The sound using earbuds is fine , but without ear buds the sound is low and weak.

    Not very well made. Tape player is already broken and the radio and EarPods fade in and out.

    Play button would not work. Had to be held down for cassettes to play. I just needed to listen to some tapes so it was ok but not for long term use. Got what I paid for…..less than $20.
