I’ve been really happy with this phone. I was using Motorola phones but I got to say that this has been a better phone. I don’t drop calls I have as many people tell me they can’t understand where I’m saying. Also like the size at first it was smaller than any phone I had in a while and it felt kind of weird but I like the way it fits in my pocket and in my hand it’s just the right size.

It would be a five-star review if the phone had lasted more than a year. Right after the factory warranty was up, to haptic system and audio went out. Did what I could to see if it was software related (including factory reset) to no avail. Bummed out by the poor longevity. I take good care of my phone, so there was no reason for poor performance.

The lcd screen was cracked when we recived it. We opened the box put it back in the box and waited for new sim card needed. Once it was powered on we could clearly see a crack in the lcd screen but not the glass. We contacted google they did nothing and said we should have contacted them sooner because we waited 3 days after delivery they assumed we damaged it.
I understand where there are coming from but that basically means they called us liars. Honestly we never turned the phone one untill the sim card came untill then we didn’t know it was cracked.
Best buy basically said the same thing sorry we cant do anything.
