I’ve these for about 6 months. I use them 10 plus hours a day sometimes and they don’t feel uncomfortable for long periods of time . They sound great and still function the same as the day I bought them.

How is this certified refurbished? Box was wrapped in masking tape and beat up. The ear bud case was with black marks all over. The ear buds had no ear tips. Covered in gunk all over which I can only imagine is the previous owners ear wax. Disgusting and going right back.

Do not buy this refurbished. I ordered a black set of refurbished Pixel Buds Pro. They sent me a green set of Pixel Buds A. The buds were even missing items from the box. DO NOT BUY THIS.

My skepticism was unfortunately found. They won’t let you get an extended warranty on these. Like others, I didn’t receive all the tips with mine. Sound is also muffled like underwater and I cannot tell if it’s the device or lack of tips.

I was sent an unrefurbished pair they weren’t even clean when they came and I took them out of the box I noticed they weren’t clean and when they turned on their was a beeping noise that couldn’t be fixed so I took it to my near by best buy and when I took it to the counter the gentleman called over his manager and they both apologized and informed me that it was an unrefurbished pair and they did not know which warehouse it came from but thankfully I was refunded

Even on sale these pixel pro buds are$120 from $300. When these went on sale for $65 I had to get another pair, granted refurbished but they come with a warranty. These have worked great, like new no blemish

Got these “refurbished” for $70 so there is very little not to like at that price. Fit well and very comfortable without sticking out of the ear. Great sound quality, seamlessly pairs with my Pixel 6 Pro. ANC is above average. My only knock (half a star) would be the buds can be a challenge to remove from the case IF you have very dry (i.e. Colorado winter dry) hands.

Works wonderfully and paired flawlessly with our iphones, sound quality is solid with some decent highs and mids and passable bass. They’re lightweight and came looking like brand new without any major scratches or damage and have had solid battery life of around 4-6 hours or so before needing to be put away.

I will admit that I was skeptical of the item since it seemed to be hit or miss on what condition they arrive in but mine showed up exactly as described, basically new and missing only the medium size pair of ear tips. I ordered another set of ear tips to replace these for like $10 and it was absolutely worth it. Sounds is spectacular, fit is perfect, noise cancelling is quite good and they are light weight and comfortable to wear. Finding good eartips can be tough especially if you are using the Google built-in check for your seal but after awhile I did manage to get them set and pass the test. Definitely happy with the music but I do agree volume on these is quieter overall than my Jabra. I am in my mid-30s so that could be slightly due to my own hearing loss but it does feel like it takes awhile to make it a listenable volume when in a louder environment. Unless ANC is on which I guess is what they want you to use all the time. There is also a safe volume indicator built into the app so I do.believe they take hearing health seriously. Overall not only do I recommend them, I would even consider getting other refurbished items from Best Buy. Great price and as described. Thanks!

The earbuds are fantastic. The new update made them the best in the market. The refurbished is a pretty severe issue. My buds came to me covered in Blake’s earwax. I know it’s Blake’s because they were not reset. And they were not cleaned. And Blake should probably see the doctor because this amount of earwax is unhealthy. The buds also arrived with the ear nibs. I figured they would toss the old ones ( and I’m happy they did, Blake has an ear wax issue, but I also thought they would add a cheap set of silicone nubs. So I got a good deal on refurbished but I had to buy a set of the memory foam nibs the headphones are supposed to come with.

I was pleasantly surprised with how good the Pixel Buds Pro are. They have very good noise canceling, call quality, and sound quality. I am using them primarily with an iPhone, so I cannot change settings or update the firmware unless I use an Android device.

Ive owned beats, bose, lenovo and few other headphones. I use my headphones everyday and They sound great, being able to adjust the bass so awesome.. The sound canceling feature is incredible.
