These came in original packaging and paired easily. I did have to change their name from Michaels Earbuds, but it was no big deal. Better than paying 2x as much to get one replacement earbud from Google to replace one I lost

Came with NO box, NO instructions and MISSING a set of small ear tips. I had to call/chat with google to get the buds to connect do to only 1 of the 2 buds not charging/connecting. They did come with someone else earwaxs…

Mine are Amazing, they work great with my Pixel 6 Pro. I even put them in washer and dryer recently on accident and survived sounds perfect still. easy to find if lost one.

For anyone else it would be difficult to find fault in this product. Great sound and formidable in design. However, for someone with a movement disorder, its just not practical. Don’t take my situation as an overall. This is an impressive product. Give them a chance if you are in the market.

Item was not reset and had the previous owner’s name. Minor scratches. Looks new. Easy set up. Good battery life with moderate use and can standby for a long time. Although, I don’t know what it is, but the connection can be unstable sometimes, increasing or decreasing volume randomly.

Probably the best budget earbuds for android devices. Sound quality is decent and much better than similar budget earbuds (no way comparable to the pixel buds pros, sony wmxh4 etc), they are probably as good as sony wmxh4s on calls though.

I purchased these from Best Buy in February 2022. Sound quality was pretty good, and they worked well with my Pixel phone. However, they no longer will accept a charge in August 2023. I reached out to Google support, and, after lots of troubleshooting, we pretty much determined that the buds are dead.
Of course, this was just outside of the warranty period, so there was nothing Google could do.
I used the buds two hours per day on average, and recharged every night. It seems that a well-cared-for electronic device should have a lifespan of more than 1.5 years. If you are expecting some longevity from your earbuds, I would encourage you to explore other products.

After having them for over 8 months, I can now give a reasonable assessment.
Fit- I found the fit to be comfortable and they stay in my ear very well, even when exercising.
Sound- After adjusting the new in the settings, I was able to get a decent sound, not great. I’ve heard better from more budget friendly earbuds.
Connectivity- Easily connected to my pixel pro. No issues at all.
Battery life- Not bad, not great, just average, I would say.
