The phone was in excellent shape when I received it and set to factory settings. Mine was shipped straight to my home so it was easy and convenient to get started once it arrived! Wow, the Camara!

Bought it in hopes of trying a Google phone over Samsung and it deffinitely disapointed. The software seems like an Apple type of device where the UI is super simplified and really doesnt let you change much. Thats the least of the problem. I did return the phone as it was also faulty with no working chraging port. Would recommend caution when getting a refurbished phone from Geek Squad.

I would say this; “you just never know what they will send you”.
My phone was damaged, I gave up a very good trade-in phone for a damaged one. The only option I have is to get a refund. Bestbuy is a good store, but my advice not to trust the store’s “Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Department”.
They are sending out damaged phones. Just beware of that and read the other reviews that say the same.

Received Pixel 7 Pro and glass was cracked, resulting in a return and reorder of the device. Next time, please ensure proper packaging to prevent possible damage during transit, especially when online ordering is the only option.
